At today's one man "「くろゆりとかげのみなさんのおかげでした」" in IKEBUKURO Chop, they gave free t-shirts to all attendances. It was a black t-shirt that 便所 in pink. I was honestly not expecting them to keep playing hakujitsu and kurohime songs and judging by the other fans' reactions when they started playing ichigo panic, I don't think anyone else was either. I don't know about the double oneman in Osaka but the double oneman in Tokyo felt like it was the last time they were gonna play those songs especially since Kou was tearing up at the end. Anyway, as for the new songs besides uso kiss, I like Honnou the most. It's very upbeat and catchy and makes me want to jump from beginning to end even when I'm just listening to the CD. Eiki was blowing a whistle at the live but there are no whistles in the recorded version. There's a siren??? type sound??? in the background throughout most of the song. I apologize I'm not very good at describing music so I can't really say much more than that. Dekiai shitto is pretty generic and meh to me. Maybe it'll grow on me when I listen to the CD some more but as of right now I'm whatever about it. As for fashion menhera, they only played half the song before they ended their set but I liked what I heard. Another upbeat and energetic song. I'm sure it'll be on their first official release whenever that comes out. 0:00 - 00:29 is uso kiss, 00:30 - 00:43 is dekiai shitto.

That's not the end of it however, and every other band Hiroki likes is soon to follow. A new DADAROMA single gets released sometime in 2017. It gets uploaded on MH six months later but only as a youtube rip. The thread is not locked because everyone is desperate. The world is torn in fiery debate whether blackdoll's ban ending or Lycaon's continuing activity is the greatest tragedy the international community will face in 2017.

Well...I've been silent for a very long time but all of my friends who used to listen VK/Jrock aren't friends anymore, so I thought it might be awesome to penetrate you all with my thoughts xD Came to VK around age 18/19 and fell in love with A9 and the GazettE. Afterwards my range widened for some bands which are more metal. I'm not into that poppy bands. I've had some ups and downs with Jrock, stopped listen to it and withdraw from the whole scene, then listen to it again etc etc. My heart beats for D'espairsRay. I know they're disbanded but i'm still hoping for Hizumis recovery and a resurrection of despa <3 Further I listen to the GazettE, lynch, <3, Dadaroma, Jiluka, Shellmy, The Egoist, Canival, girugamesh (still grieving .__.), Nocturnal Bloodlust, Archemi. and Develop One's Faculties...for now. I'm always looking for some nice new indies. So if you think you know one hell of a band, don't hestitate to tell me

I think it'd be cool if they did a live PV. Kuroyuri does describe themselves as a "Live Band", and they haven't done a PV in a LONG time. I hope it's full live footage though. Perhaps they may release the full live on a DVD someday.

AAAAAH cool the video looks great, this live has the coolest name too! Haha vocals still need exercise he goes up into a pretty weak head voice kinda quick, that last sustained note on the chorus. Held in such a way I think even HE was waiting on some natural vibrato to comfortably close it... it did not XD all the best to him though! I swear I thought I read disbandment-before-takeoff about this band, can't find anything other than this thread now but did I mistake it? I hope so!

I went to their first live last night and it looks like they're going to keep playing hakujitsu and kurohime songs in addition to new songs. Also Jitan is still doing support for them. Yeah I got no problem with them staying indie either.

I'm going to have to echo this 100x. I picked up on DIAVOLO because a. it was an interesting enough name b. the cover is absolutely hilarious and c. I heard lots of people whose musical taste I respect talk of this album. Not rave highly, but mention it here and there and when you see an album name pop up enough curiosity gets the best of me. I listened and thought the vocalist was a little weird. Not my style but not horrible and I listen to far sketchier vocalists so I see the appeal. Each song flowed into one another and while I felt an overall consistent feeling by the end of it I can't remember a single fill or punishing lick to stick in my head. It was also a lot less heavy than I was expecting but that's not a bad thing. As far as XAA-XAA goes I can say everything positive I said about THE GALLO above but with one caveat. I will say that I only checked out this band because people were getting their knickers in a bunch over a release they couldn't acquire and it likewise got me curious in checking them out. One thing that really grinds my gears about Chuudoku Shuujou is how repetitive the lyrics can be. I can't understand a lick of conversational Japanese but through the first seven tracks I think about four of them have really simple, repeating choruses. Also singing only the name of the title track as the chorus is incredibly lazy. Having one song in a while with a simple chorus amps me up; maybe it's a short song or one that works live. But in XAA-XAA's case it's a ton of their songs and it was really bothering me until it wasn't anymore (guess I got numb). If there was one area of improvement that I would suggest they make, it's more memorable and less repetitive choruses. Don't let these criticisms turn you off from checking out the releases! I didn't want to put these criticisms into the blurb as they aren't a review proper, and I also couldn't be motivated to write a review for two albums that I merely had conversational pieces for. What do you all think those that have listened to one or both of these albums?

Thanks for the feedback! @PsychoΔelica, why happy paintings...? : / Well obviously they're not, but saying they're paintings of suicidal and depressed tendencies makes it sound too gloomy imo. I tried making more happy things with this style, but they didn't end up looking right. I guess the topic title is a little distracting. But yea, thank you million times for the constructive stuff! I've heard it before as well - that these works look a little sloppy and unfinished. And I agree. The thing is... I often get bored of drawing these before polishing and just decide to throw them to tumblr anyway. I need to learn some patience for sure. I've been continuing some of these afterwards and tried to give them an extra layers of polish, but still some choppiness remains... I'll probably try to find sweetspot from somewhere between what I have now and more detailed lines. Proportions and anatomy is an area I need more practice too for sure. Here's an example of continued work: (You can see the earlier version few posts above. Personally I like this new one a whole lot more ^^)
