I love that they went for clean vocals again. I love their brutality but I missed that cleaner sound from their early days a bit. This is what I was hoping for.

BUCK-TICK will release their new live Blu-ray/DVD "ロクス・ソルスの獣たち" (Locus Solus no kemono-tachi, a.k.a. BesTias LOCUS SOLUS) on 2019/11/20. The title is associated with a 2-night live they performed back at the end of May at Makuhari Messe. Both the Blu-ray and the DVD format will have two versions each: a regular one-disc edition with the whole footage from 2019/05/26 (Day 2), while the limited two-disc edition will feature the whole footage from both 2019/05/25 (Day 1) and 05/26 (Day 2). So this is gonna be a lot to explain and I never thought I'd be going to MH for this, but my partner's mom is having her friend stay over for a while. He's in his 50's, and he thinks because he's older than me, he can parent me, treat me like a child (he even refers to me as a child!) and blatantly disrespects me and oversteps my boundaries. I don't think I can reason with him, since he acknowledges he's an asshole, and is proud of it. He's also very stuck in his boomer ways, as he thinks it's ok to hit children and animals. He's also in general kinda violent, and since he's got here, my partner's mom has been acting more violent, as she's been starting fights, and threatening to hit the cats and calls them mean names now. I'm actually afraid both of them would try to get violent with me and my partner, since they believe in spanking, and still see us as children. He also misgenders me and can't even be bothered to remember my god damn name. I'm always referred to as "what's his name". Aimi isn't that hard to remember, but ok. Oh, and I can't just up and leave, I don't leave this place for another few months, so I'm kinda stuck with him until one of us leaves. In short, he's a piece of shit who treats me like a child, and it's not my say in whether he leaves or not, and my partner's parents really like him. So... what the fuck do I do? I can't leave yet (I move out in a few months) so I'm pretty much stuck with this trailer trash piece of shit, who I'm supposed to have sympathy for because his partner died. Should I even attempt to tell him he's overstepping my boundaries? Oh and a little bonus, both of us are disabled, but he thinks my disability is invalid because I'm younger than him.

He pulls this shit live all the time, and honestly the changes he makes sometimes stink more of Lars Ulrich style laziness more than anything else. – not playing the double bass pattern in the last few bars in the chorus of Red Soil – skipping the hi-hat accents in the verses of Audience Killer Loop – whatever the fuck he’s trying to do in the Shitataru Mourou intro Hell, wasn’t he even not bothering to play the rimshots in Ware Yami Tote? Changing parts/ad-libbing is one thing. Just not bothering and simplifying is another.

i don't hate it but i don't love it either. I'm still just glad to hear his voice again plus he is screaming/growling mildly so i'm still hopeful for a DespairsRay reunion again. This "band" is in dire need of a drummer and bassist and they may have some potential.

Finally watched The Babadook for this Halloween. Very good; it stems more from psychological distress than an horror entity IMO, but still a harrowing experience. Essie Davis was amazing!

Which one's the exception? Based on what I've seen so far 'Night of the Seagulls' looks quite great so please tell me it's not that one lol Watched Messiah of Evil this Halloween. GREAT movie! Loved it even more than I expected I would. Very nightmarish vibe to the whole thing - I feel like Lynch must've been influenced by the film w/ some of his works cuz the film kinda has the same energy his works do at times. The supermarket & cinema scenes are both absolutely KILLER. I don't often find myself getting creeped out by movies anymore lately but both of them worked cuz they felt so similar to the shit I sometimes dream about. Really recommending this to anyone who hasn't seen it yet!

I think that if you want to confront him about it and you feel confident then you should at least try. You're gonna have to stay calm throughout the entire thing though since self proclaimed assholes love to argue. You can't change someone else's behavior for them though. I grew up with some family members who were aggressive and ignorant so I just avoided them at all costs. It wasn't an ideal solution or one that made me happy, but it was a lot better than actually interacting with them and I didn't have any other choice anyway. I just spent most of my time in my room and I never spoke to or looked at these people unless I absolutely had to. I wouldn't respond when they made stupid comments towards me, even if the comments were actually hurtful. I never confronted anyone because I was too afraid to. Now I sometimes imagine what it would've been like back then if I did confront them. I think that the only way it would've worked is if I played really nice and pretend to care about their feelings while coming to some sort of compromise, so they felt like they were getting something out of it too. That's high effort manipulation though, but if you don't mind doing something like that then it might be worth thinking about.

These aren't even different looks, they literally recycled the same costumes for each look, with only mild touchups for the Necromancer concept. Smh.

Had the pleasure of seeing Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O. live last night in Budapest, great show. Kawabata is still the grand fuzz-guitar wizard. The floor was shaking and my ears are still ringing, it was worth every second. Total beautiful cosmic trip. And tomorrow night they're unexpectedly playing in my hometown Szeged (in the tiniest of venues lol), so you bet I'm taking a day off to travel there and check it out. A dream come true. ♥

I don't know if rumors section is the right place to post it, since it's not a RUMOR, but i don't know anywhere else to do it lol I think many of you know that 0.1g no Gosan is a very polemic band. Their vocalist, Midorigawa Yuu is always chasing fans who are not doing the furi, or saying bad stuff about other bands. For example, he said to the fans don't go to shitty bands like Vexent., said POIDOL is a shitty band with a ghost-writer and also made fun of DOGinPWO (their senpais tho........). On June 28th 0.1g held a event where they intended to play with "minor" bands. One of these bands was Mathilda, a new band that just started their activities. What no one was expecting was that the vocalist Kuu would enter the stage holding a 0.1g no Gosan picture*. Then he smashed it and ATE it all. The fans were surprised and some of them scream in panic. But okay, the concert was over and no one said anything about that.......until yesterday. On yesterday's concert 0.1g vocalist stopped their song to talk about Mathilda. He said how pissed of he was for such shitty band smash their flyer (*actually it was not a flyer. it was a colorful print that Mathilda vocalist made by his own, so...) and said that if any of the 0.1g fans go to a Mathilda concert, the whole band would hate this fan forever, and don't talk to them on instore events and such anymore. In the end, he made all the fans scream "MATHILDA DIE!!!!!". If you look for opinions about that on twitter, it's very divided. But indeed, 0.1g is losing a lot of fans for their posture. In my opinion, first of all, who he think he's to say which bands the fans should go or not? "I WON'T TALK TO YOU ON INSTORES ANYMORE!!!1111" bitch how old are you? 7? the fans are PAYING MONEY for that. It's so stupid. Also, as mentioned, Mathilda didn't use a flyer that 0.1g useid their money to make. And is it THAT offensive? Mathilda vocalist is always eating stuff on their concerts, pizza, apples, and stuff because it's their concept. They choose 0.1g no Gosan picture fot that because IT WAS 0.1g EVENT. It was just a fuck'n performance. Can we also mention how problematic is to make your fans scream to SOMEONE TO DIE? Like......Jesus........ In my opinion the fans are also stupid tho.
