The message says that they were not able to get in touch with him on 2018.12.24 while they had set a time so they went to his home but he was not here. Instead of telling that they could not contact him they said that he would not perform with them at their live on 2018.12.24 because of health issues. At 9 p.m, the manager received a message from him saying that there were several things that he could not tell, that he did not want to play the guitar anymore, that he did not want to perform anymore.... His Twitter account was deleted. The manager called Hinata to say that they wanted to talk and meet with him. This is totally unexpected. Apparently Hinata cut off contact with all members, deleted his twitter and later told the manager that he did not want to play guitar anymore. My Japanese is not very accurate, but it's something like that. But yes, I believe there are more things for him to get fired like that. I really like Jack Caper, I accompany them a long time ago and I really believe that the members were very close. It's strange to think that no one has tried to stop this situation...

I feel like it has something to do with when they toured with korn on that festival thing. After that, their music really changed and got progressively more brutal. I'm willing to bet it's also bc around that time, they kinda started to distance themselves from the vk scene. If they were still hella vk, I really don't think western audiences would take them seriously.

La'veil Mizeria first album, "悲虐色ノ終焉" (Shoku no Shuuen) will be released on March 20. They will hold a nationwide tour starting on March 14 through October 24. The date for the tour final is TBA...

We've got some Batushka drama on our hands. As far as I know, Христофор is the actual creator of the band and the one who's written 100% of the music and so on. While Варфоломей is merely the vocalist and nothing more. He's also a known rip-off whom people within the community really dislike. Even without knowing the actual story behind this it's hard not to take the side of Христофор.

ligma but seriously; id imagine they got popular in the west cause they started having a western appeal in their sound starting with withering to death, marrow of the bone etc also this was after or around the time they toured the west with bands like korn so i assume thats where it all started, i doubt they had much western exposure to any album prior to wotd

The industry's grip on gazette isn't as tight as it is for smaller acts. They would never have said something like that ten years ago. All I'm saying is, just because kiryu doesn't complain about their ridiculous workload doesn't mean it's all fine and dandy. Especially with the timer counting down on the band as Mahiro's illness gets worse, kiryu is gonna get milked to death. It isn't sustainable.

This is an award worthy stupid VK band name. Good to know Michi is still out there doing things though.

Because typically albums are released bi-annually or later to give the artist time to tour, promote, and namely rest at the end of each cycle. Announcing it this soon means it's been in the pipeline since before the last album dropped, which only leads me to believe they already have several other singles lined up for right after this one comes out. --- There's a difference between working hard and being worked to the bone. I get that they've been at the top of the indies scene for a few years now and that that has to be capitalized on before fans get bored, but at some point there will be burn out. I like their music, but I dislike the circumstances they're put through to produce it.
