No matter how tacky it is, I really missed this style. We need a proper [decent] oshare band in the scene.

外道反逆者 ヤミテラ(Gedô hangyakusha yamitera) (Yamitera, for short) announced several updates yesterday. The first is that they will be releasing a new single, "夕闇 (Yuuyami)" later this year. Dates and contents of the single have yet to be announced, however. Additionally, they will hold their next one-man show 敬礼!マジ感謝卍 (Keirei! MAJI Kansha Manji ) at Ikebukuro RUIDO K3 on May 29th. Entry is 500 yen. They will also hold a two-man live "vs" Kebyou (仮病) called 闇病 (Yamibyou) at Shinjuku RUIDO K4 on June 28th. SHeepSLeep will also be a special guest at this live. Lastly, the band will hold their 1 year anniversary live 反逆日和 (Hangyaku Biyori) at Ikebukuro BlackHole on August 3rd. Thank you to @inartisticfor compiling all of these points together

First aicle copyband in a loooong while...

Everyone knows one of kyo's early bands was Visnu, but it's actually supposed to be written Viṣṇu (with dots under the s and n--dunno if it'll show up here). A recent fav of mine is CμЯЁ-βLAST. Just a random no1curr band, but I'm a fan of the “more is more” band name. If I had to give an actual guess as to why this is a “thing” in vk, I'd guess that it probably traces back to gothic influence in late 80s/early 90s. And I also bet that it became popular in the early 90s due to computers making symbols/alternate letters more accessible. (Crazy that vk is old enough to be influenced by the “rise of computers” huh?)

Latest tweet he watched and listened to the band live CD/DVD with his sister and said he couldn't stop crying. He's really grateful for all the messages he's received from everyone he wishes to thank every single one, he says he's doing well and wants everyone else to be well too, and to be filled with happiness. I believe he's implying he's been so selfish and drank so much that alcohol is coming from his eyes, and that in doing so it's taken his age from him but I'm not real clear on that someone else can explain better. After that he says people who have been fighting, or just any people who look at this, each and every one of them is irreplaceable. He wants everyone to take care of others around them. He says living a life of regret is no way to live, that this sort of thing is easily understandable, but yet still difficult. Sorry I don't have more time right now, but that's the latest.

DEVIZE sounded so good and this sounds just (=o=)// It's not that horrible but it's exact the VKei style I hate the most. Also they are not under double river record. It's a little bit disappointing huh?! But ^ that's 100% correct. It's Alfion and it's Tomoe I wonder what LARM. will do since he isn't in this band. I wonder if I shall contact them, to keep business with Alfion and Tomoe. Their label seems to be independed?

I want to say that too but I dont know. 喰 and Alfion (ex-DEVIZE) also share the same birthday but I’m not sure about that either.... edit: Alfion and 喰 also have similar singing styles so I’m sure it might be him (unless someone says otherwise)

Can't say I was expecting this from the ex-members of DEVIZE and Ribelio. Even for Nozomi it's pretty unexpected, Luccica and Ramiel were both fairly straight-forward oshare bands whereas this is more along the lines of Aicle. I'm into it though, Alfion's voice works surprisingly well with this sort of music and while that preview wasn't the greatest thing I've ever heard it was still pretty good, and given that Aicle. was one of the first bands to get me into visual kei I'll gladly welcome as many knock-offs the scene can hold.

The promopics seem to be taken similarly like Lolita23q's few first shoots. All wrapped nicely in aluminium, lol.

Sounds pretty alright, and the fact that the vocalist filmed with a selfiestick randomly on the street is a plus, haha.

I want to say that Yoneda is ex-DEVIZE's Tomoe, cuz of the similiar lip piercings and the same birthdate/blood type, but I'm not sure. (DEVIZE also just disbanded a few days ago, which adds to my theory)

I ended up enjoying the new single a lot more than I thought I would. I can't really point out any flaws, Jojo sounds great and all three songs are tight. The only issue I see here are the outfits. It's the worst the gallo has looked lol edit: was listening through it again and there's a huge lack of vibrato. This is so weird.

As others said it's fine to wear anything you want, but I would add a small exception - don't wear other artist t-shirts or goods. It's not a rule, but fans here definitely don't do that (while it's totally normal thing in the West). Unless you know that those two artists hang out/do events together/etc. I actually see people wearing business clothes at lives a lot, I'd also been to a live wearing a white shirt few times when I didn't have time to change (but it's way too hot!). The only bag checks done in Japan I experienced was at huge venues (arenas), so going to a v-kei live you should be totally fine. You can bring bags in, but it's simply more comfortable to use a locker. If it's a standing live you don't know if suddenly fans won't do some furi having everyone moving. Most venues allow you to bring a drink in, sometimes they can simply ask if you carry a camera.

I'm torn... I miss Kameleo/Hikaru for sure... but I'm not sure I've ever actually liked a VK solo project. (I'll be in Tokyo during that show... kinda tempted)

So I finally decided to switch from JAM to something new on my Desktop... Don't get me wrong I love JAM, but I felt that I wanted something a little more flexible on my desktop. I still have JAM installed on my laptop though, it's the perfect skin for laptops. Pretty satisfied so far with this skin, I still want to tweak some things, but for now it's pretty good
