Time to finally check out kuroyuri to kage and see what all the praise is about, I'm excited
-
To whoever it may concern, yuuki (ex. UnsraW) is posting instagram stories with instruments and recording tech and it looks like hes putting down some vocals right now. you guys reckon something will actually come out of this or more false hope
-
tried ripping these kizu dvds with different programs and maybe im just a dumbass but nothing work, alot of stuttering, white noise, clippings, fucked up audio, etc ill just leave this for tmrw or something
-
"alot of stuttering, white noise, clippings"
That means the DVDs are write protected. You have to use DVD decrypter:
http://www.dvddecrypter.org.uk/
to break the protection to rip it properly. DM me if you need help figuring out how to use the program!
-
I had this same problem before and what sads123 posted is the way to go (unless for some reason kizu is using super advanced encryption). The links down for me but there's this one too:

triggered as all fuck the regular edition of the sukekiyo album is a whole month after the release of the deluxe edition, i just wanna hear it now
-
uploading all of the kizu live footage i have as i type this out, my upload speed is quite a bit fucked so this might take a good minute. brb in an hour or so
-
verxina being down to 3 members after march got me hella anxious tbh, at the very least the main components are still there but wew im just hoping for the best at this point
-
well, none of hiro's bands lasts long, so a disbandment is gonna happen soon enough. i do hope it doesn't come anytime soon tho, but at least there's already more music so far than in any of his other projects i assume?

Wanted to go back and check out some disbanded groups I missed out on and one of the first was lycaon but I just checked out their discographies thread here and holy fuck its huge. Can anyone just recommend an album or two from them
-
Quick discog summary:
Royal Order (early VK metal phase)
Uso To Onna To (erotic jazz rock phase)
Camera Obscura (darker electronic alt rock phase)
Three albums that are pretty good in their own right. The band's change in style over the years divides most people who listen them and you'll probably understand why if you listen to all three but I'll vouch for each one having some good offerings!
Beyond that the single mini albums surrounding the first album are the most classic lol

Well I was planning on picking up the rest of the march music releases that I hadn't already ordered but I decided to splurge on a monitor with 144hz/1ms response time instead, why do my hobbies have to be so pricey
-
i fully understand you! before i found out about Vk i also LOVED playing video games but then Vk came in my life and i made (at least for me) an excellent decision to drop the gaming - means more time and money for all the good music.
*the video game part i can watch for free on youtube anyway... XD*

what are some good vk bands to check out with a heavy gothic influence, doesnt matter to me if its old school or new school
-
kress devia, where kousei(ghost) and kei(dio) participated
ive found only two tracks by them, but one of them is a pure gem
ghost are very goth too but i think its very likely you might know it already

What are some reasons why people dont dig rshitei. The most recent single felt kind of like whatever but their last full length felt hella solid and it seems like mamo has alot of versatility . Idk maybe my standards are just low but they feel like a band that mostly everyone and anyone could fuck with
-
@Himeaimichu Yikes, I'm not surprised lmao.
I wish i had some of the screenshots I saw floating around of his 755 posts. a lot of them were fat phobic/Homophobic + admitting to being a lolicon.
Wildshit man, I'm not sure I've heard anything about the members. but being acquainted with someone like Mamo theres got to be some similar characteristics otherwise why would you stick around someone that long. The scene doesn't pay that well.

i dont know anything abt mamo and tbh dont care too much, and i also don't remember what i thought of their earlier works, but i ended up having only one of their songs in my playlist (波瀾万丈、椿唄). i should try them out again later. speaking of their latest releases, both full length and erogro, although there were really good moments i always felt like it's not enough. as if they played safe not to sound too edgy or something. maybe it's for that versatility you're speaking about idk.
-
i don't like r-shitei because they sound like you gave generic a voice and a $15 walmart gift card

yumeleep feels like a band i should find obnoxious and dislike but for some reason i kind of really dig them
