I've gone back to feeling like sleep is a waste of time and that 1-2 hours of sleep are more than enough. Not sure how good this is for my brain and body, but I survived living like this for years a few years back and I'll survive now too. There's just way too much shit to do in life to spend 5+ hours sleeping every single night. Anyway, school's finished for the year and the vacation has begun. That means less kids and more freedom, as well as a lot of trips away from school. A more than decent way to earn some money.

I agree and personally think this has been the most unpredictable season since season 2 to be honest. This season I've actually been surprised at a lot of things that's happened, something I rarely ended up being with season 3-5 as it just followed the "unpredictableness" of the first two seasons. And as weird as I am I think this season's been great and on par with previous seasons. And again I am enjoying the shit out of the dialogue. I'm not too sure about this as I haven't read the books, but I am under the impression that 90% of the best dialogue in this series are made for this series and didn't feature in the books. I remember reading a lot about the dialogue in the series and it said that this, that and those dialogues were original for this series, while this and that were from the books. And if that was right I am not surprised about the quality of the dialogue. I think my biggest complaint for the season is the lack of Tywin Lannister, and the lack of Tywin, Tyrion, Cersei, Varys, Littlefinger and co. sitting around a table and talking. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'd fucking love a spin-off where these guys just sit around a table and talk, talk and do nothing more than to talk. The dialogue's been that good for the show. Would be perfect!

D'espairsRay, hands down. DELUHI was just salt in my wounds. Like doombox states, D'espairsRay were a pillar of the dark side of visual kei for me and opened my eyes to darker, heavier bands and just heavier music in general actually. And even though their not on this list, PIERROT's disbandment will always sting.

On the contrary, it appears that the reviewers were right. I had summarized the reviews as "If you're a die-hard Mega Man fan, you might like this." You appear to be a die-hard Mega Man fan, and, big surprise, you like it. So far, anyway. Reviewers can (or should) only give their honest opinion of their personal experience with a game. Every person has different opinions. Just because you do not agree with the reviewers does not mean they were "fishing for attention". By the way, 16/22 reviews on MetaCritic gave it a "mediocre" score, in the range of 50-70. They were not calling it a "failure". I know the internet likes to pretend anything below 90 is total shit, but let's be real here.

Just played 2 hours worth of Mighty No. 9, and coming from a long time MegaMan fanboi, this was not a failure of a game as everyone has been led to believe. I knew the hotshot reviewers on the internet were fishing for attention. The game is pretty cheesy with the voice acting, I'll admit that. Yet, the MegaMan Game Series never really had voice acting to begin with, so it's something that everyone has to get used to. Beck's voice actor sux hard. The graphics are a bit lacking in the cutscenes, but seriously, if you're going to base the game on the graphics alone, then you're not judging the game as a whole. I really like the gameplay. It's a mix of the Megaman/X series movement and shooting techniques, yet no charge on the buster (arm cannon), so it's more like the classic NES MegaMan. Dashing will take time to get used to, but it becomes a valuable resource once you master it. Saved my ass countless times. The new absorption technique is nice, but really isn't needed. The stages seem to score in an arcade point fashion, but I could do without it. Just like it's brother games, dying becomes quite tedious, and reminds me of the old times where I used to yell and shriek in aggravation because I'd get to the boss with only 1 life left , after being in the same stage for an hour that i'd just speed run it lol FML. So many spikes and pits and objects trying to kill me, and beck not responding to my controller's inputs like OH MY GOD JUST LET ME FUCKING GET TO THE BOSS GODDAMMIT! Anyways, I'm having fun playing this, and hopefully I can beat it soon. $30 is justifiable for this game.

I agree with that. I think they handled that battle extremely well. They used very simple techniques and basics for it, but it was o'so effective to be honest. Game of Thrones has an awfully big budget for being a series (around 10m for each episode), but compared to bigger films (100-200m) it's nothing for an episode lasting an hour, and it's not often we get to see battles this massive, intense and epic anymore. It's a rarity IMO. While the CGI was awful for a second here and a second there I thought the CGI looked real nice in this episode. I'm not a fan of CGI and I am very rarely impressed by the use of it, but I was very impressed with it for this episode, and aside from the very few seconds I didn't even think about it being CGI when watching it. That's a huge plus for me. Anyway, another great episode. Really looking forward to the last episode now. Shit's gonna be good. Very surprised anyone would multitask when watching Game of Thrones, or anything at all, to be quite honest. If anyone came into my house and picked up their phone/tablet/whatever the fuck during a film/episode without it ringing I'd stop the film/series, throw 'em the fuck out and continue watching it alone. That's like blasphemy to me.

It's a hard choice here, but I'll stick with PTP. K passing away was such a shock, so sudden, and on a time I was diving through their discography like crazy, couldn't have affected me more. As @doombox said, his lyrics were so relatable, sometimes very straightforward and full of sentiment like 'Rain', other times less direct and yet really toughtfull, like "innocent in a silent room". K left us when PTP were on their all time prime, RTN and Gene were mindblowingly good. A shame.

Say what u will about them, but i still think that the trilogy of ''King Park,'' ''Edward Benz, 27 Times,'' and ''I See Everything'' on La Dispute's Wildlife album is incredibly fucking powerful, i FEEL everytime yo... Also, i fucking love mewithoutyou's style so fucking much, they're so good................. wish there were more bands like 'em. I know they kind of moved beyond the post-hardcore sound in a way, but there's still an influence there. I have to rep The Paper Chase at all times too. I guess they're not purely post-hardcore either, but I think there's definitely some traces there too. Just such a fucking unique sound and I always listen to them when I feel anxious or when my head's in a mess. The Black Heart Rebellion is interesting and highly rec'd too. Moved from a relatively straightforward screamo sound towards a sort of ritualistic, tribal post-reunion Swans type of sound with clean vocals.
