    Have you ever wanted to do something different with your appearance but you're not quite sure how people will react? I get this strange kind of nervousness about changing my appearance, even if it's nothing too drastic (could just be doing sth different with my hair, or wearing a hat).

      even just starting to wear jewelry and nail polish had me nervous/conscious lol, simply cuz i had a very mundane appearance with no makeup. biggest change appearance i made was cutting my hair short back in high school tho lol. my parents and family bugged me about it for years but now they don't care. 

       

      i definitely wanna dye my hair someday, at least once~

    I dropped my Shrek mug on the kitchen floor last night and it broke. I had that mug for two years. Farewell, Shrek... for now. I will probably purchase another identical Shrek mug because I am strangely heartbroken by this turn of events.

      I know how you feel. An Okami game coffee mug I’ve had for over 7 years accidentally tapped the edge of the kitchen table and broke a big chunk off. 
       

      I still don’t have the courage to toss it lol but I intend to try and find a new mug.

    I got a new (second-hand) pair of high heels today and I also met an exceedingly cute dog so it's been a pretty awesome day. :)

    I haven't written anything in too long... I was thinking of posting some things in the art showcase (I guess you could post writing there?) but I have no idea what to write. Any ideas from you all? I'd kinda prefer it if it wasn't fanfic (not that I have anything against it). I used to write that, but I don't really anymore. I'll give you credit if I end up writing something you suggest/request, but I can be a little slow sometimes >.<

      Yeah, that's the feeling I got. I think she probably was just being friendly, but when people are too forward like that, it just intimidates me somewhat. She got the message when I started stuttering and backing away, at least.

    I just got to the Gold Saucer in FFXIV and I'm so fucking giddy. I just want it to be real! They already made an Eorzea café. I remember discussing FFVII with my cousin some years back and he said he hated the Gold Saucer, but I'll never understand that. Idk if he's played XIV, but if he has, I wonder what he'd have to say about it. It really does the FFVII version justice and then some. Haa, I'm gonna lose all my hard-earned gil (and the easy earned 30,000 gil I got from that guy who just wanted me to pet three lalafells)!

    I love my psychology class but it's so weird. Today, we learned how to manipulate people into being nice to us at their own expense. Tbh, I'm surprised my ex-friends didn't take psychology.

      It's one reason I love psychology. It's a unique subject with lots of angles to study. One of my favorite parts was learning about the psychology of children. Anyway, sounds like a cool class you're taking ^^

    I took a walk after going to see the fireworks and saw a hair extension on the floor. Such a simple sight, but it connotes more drama than pretty much anything else.

    I turned eighteen in September and I'm still in that "omg I'm so old" phase, but then when I see people's birthdays on this site and literally all of them are in their twenties/thirties, I think "Jebus Christo, I'm a fuckin' babby 😳"
