      Remove booklets and/or inserts and CD. Buy new CD case. Insert booklets and/or inserts and CD. :3

      Cotton with nail polish remover.

      I used to remove some old stickers from my window.

      What Yakihiko said worked well for me in the past. Usually best thing to do is use a hairdryer to heat the sticker and remove it first, then clean it if you need to.
