What's your favorite musical discovery of 2016 (i.e. bands or songs that may not be necessarily new, but new to you)? Mine is probably Skeleton Witch, followed by Discharge.

Cheers @Lestat! Lots of discoveries on my side. Would say ギャロ (Gallo) when it comes to vk and Hyperion on the international side (Swedish melodic black metal) with their debut album called "Seraphical Euphony".

yeah. it may as well be the same thing as VDAS except instead of original themes it was all touhou arrange. you can not really tell unless you do an A-B comparison. I think this is superior to VDAS' last full album and thinking back to this was part of the reason I didn't like most of it.

It seems like the next trend in vkei is to mish-mash 4+ different genre passages per song. Damy does this a lot, and Lack.co seems like they'll be doing it too if their PV is any indication how the rest of their music will sound.
