Since most of us don't speak Japanese, the translate tool is essential in spreading vk news to this site and other outlets. However, as it is automated, it's not gonna be 100% correct, so I always welcome any corrections from native or fluent speakers if necessary.
What I don't like however is when I or anyone else is being accused of starting rumors all because of a mistranslation or an error. That's not helpful at all - that's just being an asshole. If you're unhappy about that, then maybe speak up sooner or contribute once in a while.

maybe you can assassinate character everywhere else on the internet where you can still remain relatively anonymous without fear of repercussions, but not here. not as long as my name is green. use your brains people. disposable has been nothing but a good member on the forum and he has contributed far more to MH than 95% of the people reading this update. sometimes he is polemic but this is the internet, who is not? he has more than explained himself, he has not spouted nazi and/or pedo gibberish like some troublesome incel trolls we have had in the past, and i know disposable on a personal level better than most of you do. the staff is fine with both the profile picture and the banner. you see one nazi symbol and a meme and suddenly that erases 8+ years of activity? getting to know people on this forum actually means something. life is not so cut and dry. people are not so easily reduced to 140 character text bytes. learn to see the grays between the black and white.

I like the rerecording of Kiryu's Tsurezureguza, but I hate how they removed the Sitar/Biwa (I assume they were trying to simulate a Biwa, which is a traditional Japanese instrument that sounds like a Sitar, with sitar samples). I know most sitar samples sound fake as shit, and Biwa samples are nonexistent (as it is, the instrument is now only really used to accompany story telling), but if BP Records can afford to have real Taiko drummers during lives, I think they can afford to hire a Biwa-player, or at least buy one of those guitars that sound like Sitars.

Which Aliene Ma'riage album is better? Les Soiree or 21st Century?

21st century is more easily accessible. les soiree is the more technically proficient album. too different to compare imo. really shows you how quickly vk changed in two years considering one came out in 1999 and the other in 2001. i prefer 21st century myself.

Been having a weird time adjusting to IBS since I found out I have it about a month ago. Today's really bad in particular. Anyone know any good foods or ways to manage it better?

you too? i had a sudden on set several years ago that's still kicking my ass. i can't recommend what to eat, just what not to eat. you need to find out what triggers your systems and avoid it. dairy was my kryptonite and once I stopped eating it my symptoms suddenly got better. colitis went away and i stopped feeling like i wanted to die. trade-off is that i can't have ice cream or milk, but it turns out that I never really liked milk anyway and I always preferred almond milk
the worst part about IBS is realizing that milk is in literally fcking everything even items that say "milk free" aren't milk free
