just watched DADAROMA's pv for 造花とカラシニコフ and i must say its a pretty awesome song and since because of the pv preview it seemed like the song is a ballade i can assure... its not!
...song has some screaming + growling, a few (although short) blastbeats, a beastly breakdown a nice guitar solo... like really a great song overall!

Ok so can someone tell me what people mean by shoegaze? Because from what I've gathered it's not even a musical genre and has no defining characteristics. But yet I've literally seen people argue as to weather or not a band is shoegaze and discuss it as though it's a genre. Could someone help me out?

+1 on everything tokage says;
shoegaze was originally affiliated with a particular regional scene, but its definitely more of a genre than say, visual kei. the more you listen to shoegaze, the greater of a feel you get for the sound, and the easier it is to say x is shoegaze or y isn't shoegaze. that said, shoegaze fans in general don't entirely care about whats shoegaze and whats not, LOL.

RAZOR 1st minialbum is a perfect 10/10!
sick music, amazing shreds, the vocals everything about this release is perfect! so even if you weren't a fan of Born (like myself) you still need to listen to this by all means!!!

Emmuree tonight was simply amazing. I almost forgot that bands who aren't Dir en grey play such long oneman lives, I didn't keep count of songs but they played a good two hours.
