    I'm not entirely sure how well their stuff sells in japan but Kizu's YouTube numbers are pretty crazy high at least by vk standards, I wonder if theres any chance in the years to come for overseas touring...

      Can't wait for it to arrive. I bundled a ton of recently released CD's in one shipment so I have to wait until next month.

       

      How's that piano sounding? I was really excited to see Yoshida Tooru working with them.

      I've been thinking lately if Nightmare could work with other vo. (or if there is any other vo. in the scene that could replace him... like him or not he's kinda unique). I imagine Asagi could somewhat work...? but I am totally not convinced.

    After thinking about it for a long long time, ex boogieman vo. Junno is comming back from retirement. I wonder how long will it take to announce the new projects and what old faces we see again.

    I want to express my gratitude to people regularly updating us on bands that are yet to release their first one-coin comment CD going through member changes/unexpected creative disagreements/live-limited hiatus announcements, etc

      Reporting on that stuff create a sense of consistency and legitimacy that is unvaluable when one of their members is detained for child pornography traffic/runs out with the band funds/starts a carreer in the scat porn film industry/creates a new label and the proceeds to do all of the previous things and everyone wants to talk about them.

    kizu really surprised me at an event. whole crowd was so hyped about them.

      I really liked their first single. The second one is good, but I was disapointed to find that I wasn't as much into the second one.

       

      They clearly have a toon of potential on top of the quality they already achieve so they are pretty safe to follow. Glad we still see bands like this pop up.

      I saw them live one time. They were pretty fun actually.

       

      They don't have great technical or creative skills but they know how to entretain young people with catchy music and energetic performences.

    BAROQUE's kei solo work is so fucking brilliant. This dude single-handedly influenced SO MANY bands, his composition style was mimicked so many times, and sadly the western fanbase don't seem to think so highly of him... a shame
