can't wait for yoshiki to also finally jump on the ''clap for health care workers'' movement in 2021

that song title also aptly describes the experience of listening to their s/t at home so they were true prophets on multiple levels.....

That track with Hazuki on guest vocals wins the award for best (probably) unintentional comedy song of the year. What the actual fuck was that?
Aside from that: these guys REALLY didn't need to make this album as long as it is. Like a good 70% of the tracks sound like they were written by some deep learning MUCC AI and quite a few of the songs themselves end up feeling way longer than they need to be for some reason (Self Hate and My WORLD being two of the main offenders). Also - they really do love that generic ''JUMP THE FUCK UP'' nu-metal rhythm these days don't they?
The only songs I can really say I 'liked' were Kurage and Ameria (and i feel like i already partially forgot what both sounded like by the time the album ended). That previous album must've been an accidental fluke.

I've totally lost track of what these guys are up to but I remember I really liked that first acoustic album. Will have to check it out once it's out

This has already been kinda touched upon earlier ITT, but one thing I've noticed within the VK fandom more than within basically ANY of the other music spheres I've dipped my toes into is that a ton of people who get into VK seem to act as if the only bands that exist are the ones that are currently active, and any group that's disbanded/on hiatus/whatever just vanishes into oblivion as soon as the new looks and singles stop popping up. There's this tendency for people to basically treat the scene the same way tons of anime fans treat anime - "if it's not part of the current season then i pretend not to see it". Considering the ridiculous turnover rate that most VK bands themselves tend to have, this can easily lead to situations where people suddenly find themselves left without their faves even within the span of just months.

sadly by seeing them live you won't get the ''let's just randomly pan over to a wall now'' ''ok now here's 7 minutes of my brother looking bored'' ''i'm real close to the screen now.... you can almost touch me'' experience...
