One time they messed up one of my orders and I complained that sent me a bonus item from one of the bands I liked. I'm not sure but they will pretty much do whatever to keep you, at least in my experience.

Last time when CDJ say me they can't have my cd before two weeks, they receive it in less than a week. But it's always happens when I order "samll vk indie band"

Change it to something completely different (eg. erushitei) ---> change it to the correct one. iTunes doesn't recognize the difference between normal alphabet and unicode alphabet. That should fix the problem

Actually you said it's registered so it should. If that's the case, call them with the tracking number and make them follow up on where the package is exactly and what is the hold up. That's the entire point of having a tracking number.
