Apparently the lyrics behind Rijin heavily imply it, but as far as I know hes never stated or confirmed anything so it's just speculation 

Details have been announced. "THEMIS" will release on September 25, physical CD(s) are sold only through their web store with an exclusive edition that includes  an instrumental CD (￥3,500) and the option for a t-shirt bundle (￥7,000).

Man hopefully it's some new music, that ep and daybreak is some of the best stuff to come out last year

I really wonder how limited this CD is... probably 100 copies I'd guess.
Anyway i got Nr. 58 from what the booklet says...

Production =/= mixing =/= mastering.
 
Production is song creation, choosing instruments, recording them, crafting them to get the right atmosphere for the project.
Mixing is the balance of the stems recorded for each song.
Mastering is making sure all songs across an album are balanced the same, and getting the final 'sound' of the album with effects like EQ and compression.
 
For example, The Insulated World is a pretty well-produced album (a little laziness in writing aside). The mix is okay, but it's absolutely destroyed by an atrocious master that makes everything sound far too compressed, creating a fatiguing listen.

I’m more curious about the folks that like Ochita but couldn’t stand The Insulated World. 

Only known detail atm is itll be an autumn 2020 release 

So 2 things:
1. Why have they removed every video/upload prior to this
And
2. Man I was really digging these guys with their first couple releases like agartha but it's been such a decline since then imo
