    umbrella will release a special live-limited acoustic single for their 9th anniversary, entitled "Acoustic Select" (1300 yen) at their oneman live at Takadanobaba Area on March 24. Fans got to choose which 2 songs should be included in the single, and now the tracklist has been decided:

    Last af but I don't see this album ANYWHERE, so I think it got cancelled??? Logi is focusing more on playing video games apparently.

     

    btw the Vulgaruine Red twitter is gone, and there doesn't seem to be any more mention of more activity/releases coming up, so I guess the project is dead. rip in pepperoni x

    Vocalist Rei's continuous session band 名無シノ演者 (Nanashi no Enja/NoNameActors) will perform at Yotsuya LOTUS on April 14 for female idol group GRACE's sponsored event, where they will also release their new single, "背中合わせのラプソディー". A sample of the song is in the video above this post.

    new project, "LAURANT" has formed in October 2018 and they have held their first live at Nagoya Electric Lady Land on December 28. They will then hold their own sponsored event, "LAURANT #1" on March 27 at Takadanobaba AREA, which will feature other acts like heidi., Soanプロジェクトwith手鞠 (Soan project with Temari), ザ・シンナーズ (The Thinners), and LIPHLICH.

     

    I don't know any member info, other than I'm sure that Yudai (G.L.A.M.S.) is doing support guitar though.

    I remember the good ol' days when goths were the weird kids of society and hated the shit out of preppy kids/normies. Now, in the age of social media where one can enjoy internet fame from literally doing nothing, goths are now just like everyone else. It's a shame.

    Social media has become so toxic, especially for me, as I've been following certain personalities because I love their aesthetic, style, etc, which is only made possible by their sponsors. For the longest time, I've idolized these kinds of people, but lately I found myself getting jealous of what they wear and how they look in their daily life, and I found myself  yearning for the same thing in my boring life. Through these people, I felt pressured to actually stand out from the crowd and actually be a "real goth". However, this is the real world and I can't afford all that bullshit cuz I'm poor as fuck. Not to mention that popular brands - from goth clothes, accessories, lolita, you name it - are overpriced as fuck, and if I managed to buy it somehow, I'd only wear it once before letting it clog up my closet. So in the end, it's not worth it, and I shouldn't have to work myself to higher standards or try too hard to fit in. As a poor bitch, necessities are more important than achieving that *lewk*.
