  2. I don't hate cooking, but I'm not in love with cooking. I understand a good majority of people see it as an art, but really I just want recipes that make my food edible tasting.

It's not that gasoline smells good.... But every time I stop at a gas station, there's something about the smell that I like? Is anyone else like that?

I've never really followed them.... but i thought they disbanded.... Like i had a friend who spent a lot of money to go see them sometime last year or early this year idr... but she was flipping because they were "disbanding" apparently not I guess. Their look is cool though!

While Misty is definitely the best song I think he's sung in, if I recall correctly... I have seen some live videos of bfn and he doesn't sing too hot. His vocal techniques in a live performance are all over the place, and while that doesn't usually matter since the experience is probably better seeing them live anyway... I don't think Ice is a FANTASTIC vocalist. I think even Misty was just produced and mixed very well. Or maybe he's better as a recording artist and performances are his weak area... but regardless... bfn's theme kinda revolves around the high useage of auto tune, synths, and electronic sounds in general. But, looking back at Ice's older bands like Arc-turus and A級火山... he has come a long ... LONG way. Both of these bands are pretty laughable imo. I guess 17 year old Eros to 28 year old Ice has been a long journey. Ice aside... Toki makes me laugh too a little. He has some interesting guitar work, but goofs his solos up so much it kind of hurts. Regardless of all this... I still think that BFN is so much fun, and is kind of a breath of fresh air that not all VK bands have to have this serious persona going on all the time. This band is literally composed of a bunch of goofballs that make making music look and sound fun i think.

I wasn't feeling XodiacK really, but after having recently revisited some of their discography, Ice/Eros really shines through in some of their work over black gene for the next scene. I Like BFN because they're fun, and pretty different compared to a lot of bands in the VK scene right now, but I felt like in XodiacK, Ice/Eros has more melodic vocal work (minus the screams, those needed work).
  13. I chose a lot of older platforms. I don't play video games as often as I used to in HS so I haven't updated past getting a ps3, which was still extremely late when i got it. I want a ps4 because a lot of the games look really amazing, but I will probably never have the time to play them so I'll probably end my gaming career with a ps3.

Nisshin Geppo was a live influenced album, and proved it's purpose. I think now that they have a solid live following they can explore and venture in to different dynamics etc etc. They still have a heavy element and I don't think that is going anywhere, but I think it's important for them to add other elements than just chug-a-chugs all the time. This is going to be a solid release for the band I think.
  17. MONSTER and Gravitation are literally the best things girugamesh has released in regards to my musical interests.

Same with me, I moved more towards the style they're playing now around the time they released GO so I find it really cool that they are making music that match my current taste.

Hey that is pretty cool, it's like you guys are growing together *___*

  18. Having been a solid gazette fan for most of their career (until recently) from my opinion and understanding, both of these albums were very huge indications of change and growth with in their musical career. NIL I believe was the album that really gave a hint of change from their releases prior to that. It was a solid transitional album, though they had a short hiccup with stacked rubbish i think. NIL is the album I feel that really pulled in the mass amounts of fans. That's when i remember them blowing up. DIM is also a hint of change for them. I admire this album over NIL not because it's better, I just feel it was a lot more experimental. DIM was that one album I could tell all the members were really in sync and this was a sound that they spent all their time and energy and passion trying to create. I feel that DIM flows extremely well and conveys a lot of different settings and emotions in a story like manner. The transitional tracks add a nice touch. While some people thought those to be annoying and a rip off because they weren't actual songs, I found them to be very artistic and enhancing. Those tracks were like bread crumbs, giving an offsetting preview/intro to the next phrase of the album as a whole. I don't particularly have an opinion on what that album led them in to in regards to their current works, but DIM as a whole was a piece of artwork in my wholeheartedly honest opinion.

I was just thinking the same thing. Oh well, can't please everyone. I actually prefer the second song and it's the fact that it almost sounds disjointed that intrigues me the most. idk. I like daring songs that sound so chaotic to the point where you think they're going to just clash and fall apart and then they surprise you and and everything lines up. Makes me think of clock work or something... like.... idk how to explain it.
  20. http://youtu.be/EljxD5T66QQ Shiiiiiiiiit, son. Hype is real.
  21. While I respect 90's - 2000's I went with 2000 to late 2000 because that was the era i discovered it. To me a lot of the 90's bands make me think of stuff from the 80's in western music. so give or a take a few bands nothing really stood out to me. I think it was during 2000 to late 2000's where it really made a boom over seas. 2010 - present has just been pretty repetitive for me, but maybe I'm just getting old.
