Remember The Urge ain't there? Well, whatever, it's 10 new songs. Though I think Infuse Into and Omega are intro and outro, so I'd say 8 full songs. Not bad. Now let's just hope they're actually good.

I bet that MY DEVIL ON THE BED is going to be ero-jazz/funk a la Lycaon (thats how I see the future of ero-visual kei)

OMEGA would be surely an outro-ish track since I wouldn't expect them to make a *7-minute song, let's assume so* about mythology stuff w/e - they are too hip for tracks like that.

VENOMOUS SPIDER'S WEB = Definitely another filler-o-killer track (it just sounds stupid)

UNTITLED = either a SE...or a ballad

Still, I will put my assumptions and predictions aside - looking forward to this!

Additional info about EU release:

Limited Edition (CD+DVD) is printed in 500 copies only, and "will of course again be released in an exlusive packaging. Be ready for a big surprise."

Also, CLJ webshop has "special pre-order offer" on the two editions of TOXIC:

If you pre-order the CD before October 4, 2011 they will give you discounted prices...

Regular Edition: 17,99 EUR (instead of 22,95 EUR)

Limited Edition (CD+DVD): 39,99 EUR (instead of 44,99 EUR)

I assume the Limited Edition is Japan Import and they just add the bonus lyrics booklet into the package. Perhaps it's too expensive for them to import that many copies of the CD that they limited it to 500 ex... And the Limited Edition is still cheaper than the Japanese version (which is 43€ + shipping cost + custom fees)

As for the Regular Edition the price will probably be cheaper on other CD stores... but sometimes CLJ Shop add bonus items!!
