    I become nervous.. my CD was sent via Tokyo post office in 27th July.. and its already 31th July and it is still in Japan border... it`s strange for me.. cuz every air-mail parcels, which i bought passed border in 1-2 days (

      A lot of 90s pvs have super high budgets, especially in the late 90s when bands like Malice Mizer and Psycho le Cemu were mainstream. I would assume that more money gets put towards costumes and marketing than music videos. Do they still even get broadcasted on t.v.?
