Real reason is probably a personal issue they couldn't talk about so they masked it with a joke.

Their singer デイブ(Dave) was arrested because he did not pay for his meal at McDonald's. He is suspended indefinitely. As a result, the band will go on hiatus. Both lives on 09/16 and 10/14 are cancelled.  
 
However, I still have trouble with this sentence : 本国に強制送還されました
 
 

ALPHON§TEIN's vocalist was in Canzel and for some reason keeps naming songs "allegro" in the bands he's in. Quite a change in direction, comparatively.
 
 
 He appears to be in a band called "Ichiteri" at the moment https://vk.gy/artists/ichiteri/ AFAIK, the vkei wiki isn't really well maintained. Take what you find there with a grain of salt

Falilv revealed Tetsuya who will be the new bassist with the comeback from losing the former bassist Kei and also announced the small tour "Carry On Falilv" .
 

Yeah, it really makes you feel for guys like Pata and Heath who literally make nothing off X, since they don't have songwriting credits, and only ever  earn a few bucks when they perform live which is seldom these days. Poor guys are slumming it while Yo$hiki is doing what he does best.

To cap off their 25th anniversary celebrations, cali≠gari is releasing a new EP titled "この雨に撃たれて" (Kono ame ni utarete) on 2019/08/28. It will have the theme of "rain trilogy", i.e. the songs will be connected to rain. Except for the title track, the rest will be previously released songs but in newly recorded versions. Interesting tidbit, the EP will be released under Victor Entertainment.
 
The release will come in two types: 2CD "Yuudachi-ban" edition and CD+DVD "Akisame-ban" edition.
