I've been kind of wanting to get into Dezert. Can anyone recommend any songs?

I've seriously been sleeping on STEREO.C.K. They're really good, and sort of keep the Kagerou sound, but with a twist

IDK if I'm having false memories or something, but I swear there used to be a video on youtube of Dir En Grey preforming Schwein No Isu in Osaka in 1999 (Not during the Osaka Jo hall concert though). Kyo wasn't wearing the red outfit from Osaka Jo hall though, he was wearing a doctor suit. Does anyone remember what I'm talking about? Or am I just recalling false memories?

If anyone wants a cool spin on a classic Pokemon game, look up Pokemon Crystal Clear. It's basically an open world Pokemon Crystal with a ton of improvements, such as automatically turning around after healing, running, more starters to choose from (even challenge ones like Smeargle and Magikarp), and tons of other cool touches that make the game better. The people making it are always adding new things, and they're working on a mechanic that lets you walk with a pokemon like in Yellow and HGSS.

If Gill'e Cadith had a bigger discography, I'd stan them way more. I need more of that craziness from Karuna

IMO, I think we're reaching a point in time where we don't have to let the current trends define what we like. We're in an era where you can reproduce any art style from old times, with modern techniques, for not that much money.

The future doesn't have to be minimalism or post-modernism. It can be whatever. I personally believe the ideal future is one where there is diversity in art, and where we're not as bound by time period. We're practically already at that point, but not exactly yet.

In an alternate universe, Deadly Sanctuary songs are actually part of DEViL KiTTY's discography and they sound way fucking better because Yuuga's singing them instead of Yayoi's nasally ass.

In メルヘン遊園地 (MARCHEN Yuuenchi) by Missalina Rei, Arisu is basically is just straight up traditional Japanese vocal techniques in the chorus. Of course, wouldn't be the first time a Vkei vocalist has done some form of Traditional Japanese vocals. 

Is anyone here into traditional Asian clothes (such as the Cheongsam, Kimono, etc.)? Because none of my friends are really into it and I'd like to be able to talk about traditional fashion to someone who cares lol

Is Garritan World Instruments any good?

Is it just me or does it seem like mid 90's indie vkei isn't that well preserved? For the early 90's and late 90's, it's indies galore, but in the middle of the decade, there doesn't seem to be much that I can find.

Maybe I just am not looking in the right places?

If anyone's got any recs, I prefer the Deshabillz and Kamaitachi clones lmao

Is it just me, or does the chorus for "Carnation" by Kamaitachi go "Thank you for your kindness, I must die by suicide"?

Is it just my limited taste in Vkei, or did Vkei literally just ignore grunge in the early 90's?

(Did Grunge even have the same impact in Japan as it did in America?)

It's funny going all these years assuming Kamaitachi sounded like The Dead Pop Stars and Genkaku Allergy, 
When actually they sound more like An Cafe and Guruguru Eigakan

It's so funny how iTunes fucked up with Kiryu, messing up the romaji.  The one thing though that's really funny is how grouped in with Kiryu another group by the same name, but a completely different band. Like... which band is making money off of it? The Vkei band or the Hip Hop group?

Just saw a zodiac signs post that claimed Babymetal and Wagakki Band were VisualKei *Cringe*

Just tried Dimlim for the first time, and I got to say, even though I'm not really into Br00tal bands, Dimlim is REALLY good. I haven't seen such instrumental in a newer band. The staccato notes are clean and cut of clearly. Though the growls could be better, the clean vocals are on point and wowed me. I will definitely be on the look for more stuff from these guys
