looking back, uroboros was surprisingly good at the time considering the absolute horse shit they were throwing out through entire DSS TMOAB era with no signs of stopping until the actual album dropped, and everything about it surpassed the (extremely tepid) expectations. do I listen to any of it ten years later? like no, ffs no, never again.

If anything I feel like Sho uses growls when it fits the lyrics. Kyo, on the other hand, often seems like he just randomly makes noises.

Kisou is terrible studio album but the MODE OF Live(s) show the album in a new light for me.

Yomi’s technique always seemed odd to me. It’s like he’s holding his breath while he sings. 

To open up this can of worms again, I understand Retsu’s point about illegal uploads, but using a track from Kidoairaku as an example softens it. Unless they’re still sitting on a ton of unsold copies or it’s suddenly become commercially available, complaining about it now doesn’t make much sense. 

Certainly would explain why the art for Final Train just looks straight up like it was yanked from Final Fantasy, font and all.

Retsu posted a new plug-in that he just bought, so programmed bass and drums for the new album is highly likely.
