Is that a parody of the cover for the Hageshisa single?

When I say Arche leftovers, I mean both songs wouldn’t be out of place on the album, not that it sounds like particular songs (even though Ningen has some Un Deux moments). 

Also, Arche had way less harsh vocals than previous albums.

Well, not since 2012, but Utafumi and Ningen wo Kaburu sound like Arche leftovers. Hell, Ningen sounds like they crammed almost all of Arche into three and a half minutes. 

Probably gonna be a bunch of 2001 era nu-metal grooves.

Slim to none. Everything has sounded the same since the Rinkaku single, though Ningen was its own special kinda fucked.

No, hang on, it comes with one blu-spec CD, not two. The OHP says it’s a 3 disc set. 

I don’t know if I should be worried or excited that the limited edition has more shit than the limited edition of Ninth, but costs less. 

And I thought Gazette leaving PSC was the big news of the day.

I can’t call Ninth muddy anymore after spending time with a CD copy of it, but I do notice that the mix varies across several songs. Utsusemi is way too fuzzy, and maybe that was intentional, but I’d like more oomph behind it. Some of the heavier tracks also sound really compressed to my ears. 

Yeah, the intro mash up was discussed elsewhere. 

But do we know for sure that some intros are missing? It’s such a clusterfuck of noise who can actually tell? Also, Division is still a single disc album, only the limited edition is split into two discs. So whatever intro they used for the regular version could be in there. 

I skip Gush. I do not like anything about that song at all. 

Regarding the production, it’s safe to assume a lot of people are listening to shitty rips on stock earbuds, but I’m not, and I think Dim and even Dogma had better mixing than Ninth. I won’t say it’s muddy, but I will use my favorite criticism and say the dynamics are screwy. Seems like it’s mixed too hot in some places, and it makes chaotic songs like Abhor God sound messy. Still, compared to the last four albums, Ninth has far less filler, with the a above mentioned Gush being the only sore thumb. 

Yeah, Unfinished is literally just Shiver and Ibitsu again. 

It also sounds really awkward coming after three of the heaviest tracks on the album. 

I mean, 17,756 is basically 18,000.
