Seriously, Kizu is the last band I would want to get overproduced. Their music is so fresh, skilled, well-produced, that it would hurt me a lot if they start releasing boring ghost-written formulaic music, as happened to many big acts of the last 5 years that were my favorites (R shitei, Kiryu, Arlequin).
 
Now that I think of that, only Diaura seemed to remain big but also produce 'music' instead of idol anthems 🤔

Y'all can't wait for a bad production, weak ass vocalist, echo-y guitar, repetitive ass song structure band to show up so you can call it old school visual kei and stan it it to death.

fwiw: The songs Zetsubou no Hako and Think about death are by a different band with the name Gesshoku, not by Kyo's first band. Apparently, this was known since 2005, but some people mixed the bands up in the years that followed and yeah, now you find them with the other songs by Kyo's band. If you have them, you can delete them if you want to.

My god, how come I never had an interest for Gotcharoka?! VK guitarist never looked SO skilled and 'showmanshiped' like Jun! Also, just those solo-clips gave me goosebumps about every song in the setlist -chord progressions look gorgeous like no release VK in the last time!-.

MASCHERA's first album "Akutoku no sakae" (1994) is what you have been looking for if you are fond of the sound created by Kuroyume within its early releases. Songs in "Akutoku" sound almost identical to the compositions of guitarist Shin, so this album won't guarantee you much of a almost perfect reproduction of the aforementioned. Although the lack of a more genuine work, the songwriting sounds pretty decent and neatly executed, praising Takuya's sweet solo work and Michi's strongly dramatic stream of voice.
