    Well, my Wacom Intuos M got here a day earlier than expected, so that's great... only, it came free with Clip Studio Paint, but the licence key isn't working! I might have to buy a new version of it. Big oof. I've contacted them, but I dunno if there's anything they can do. Oh, well. I made very cute cupcakes today, so I guess that softens the blow a bit. 🤷‍♀️

      clip studio has a free 30 day trial when you register a basic account with celsys.

      they'll work something out if you contact either wacom support or celsys support in the meanwhile.

      it's a time-limited license anyway, I would wait until the next sale and get a proper one, they go for around $25.

    I'm not even under eighteen anymore and even I'm thrilled about this. We should be encouraging parents to have healthy, non-vitriolic discussions with their children about this kind of thing if/when they get curious about it, not blaming people for having libidos and trying to prohibit them from safely acting on their urges.

    Ugh, I fucking hate hay fever so much. Spring is my favourite season, but the pollen can fuck right off 🤧 the one thing I'm allergic to and it's practically invisible.

      I am also having allergy, and spring is my fav time. So I am eating allergy -pills, and sniffing all the time. And it's making me tired 😷 Annoying, but I sleep a lot 🙁 And have handkerchief in hand all the time <_<

    A while ago, I posted a status about going to a rage room to smash a load of shite up... and I finally fucking went. Me, my brother and his flatmate all went and it was the greatest thing ever. It was so exhausting, but it felt so good to get almost a decade of anger out in fifteen minutes of obliteration. I nearly ripped a laptop clean in half and kerb stomped pretty much everything I didn't already break with either an aluminium tube, a claw hammer or a crowbar. When my brother went in, he picked up the hoover (I only managed to dent it a little and detach the end part that sucks everything up) and smashed it over a wooden shelf and he broke both at the same time. Fucking brilliant. I couldn't properly break either of them!

    Anyone know how to word a college dropout email? I poked around on the college website but couldn't find anything. I know who to email about it but I don't know what to say and as much as I'd like to say "peace out, nerds" or something to that effect, I can't help but think that wouldn't be very professional.

      Make it formal I guess? Idk I’m not in college but don’t make it insulting. Just say something like “I cannot continue my semester” or something along the lines.

      when I was dropping out there were a bunch of forms I had to had signed before they took me off the list, like from the library and stuff~

    Welp, I have my first day of hospital work experience tomorrow. I'm basically going to be doing a nine-to-five job for four weeks but instead of getting an actual paycheck, I'm being bribed with Universal Credit. Wish me luck and pray I don't crap my pants out of fear!

    My insomnia's been absolutely crazy these past few days. In fact, it's been worse than ever before. I was supposed to get up at about 9:45am but it's just gone 7am and after an hour of sleep, here I am. I read before bed last night and I actually got to sleep quite quickly before I woke up so I shoulda been relaxed. If this doesn't get better by Monday, I'm going to the doctor. 😪

    Seeing all the visual novel reviews on Steam saying shit like "omg there's liek no gameplay REEEEE" is one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. It's like reading a light-hearted romance novel and complaining about the lack of violent deaths. There's a visual novel tag for a reason. -_-

    Is it just me, or are there suddenly a lot more guests here than usual? D'you guys reckon it's because of the update?

      maybe? a lot of these times the "guests" are bots that go a little too crazy scraping web forms and updating search engines. i think the "1497" number is a little exaggerated at the bottom. it's closer to 125. idk where the forum is getting 1497 from. from what i can tell most of the time these bots are harmless and at worst they make the forum a little sluggish. if you ever see it go above 2000+ let me know i might be able to do something about it.
