I would say the GazettE fandom is one of the worst. I remember a live my friend went to Japan, a foreigner bit a Japanese girl for Ruki's water bottle hard enough to make her bleed. Ruki even tweeted about it. 

Then stories of fans punching each other and acting rude. 

I mean they still have ぞんび right? 
I was kind of thinking same thing but I'm sure Euclid is more than fine in terms of money at least. Whether people like it or not, GB is the most relevant vkei band in Japan.  They sell out big venues and get all those karaoke bucks. Plus, their faces are on everything. (and I do mean everything, as in like condom boxes...)

I wouldn't/don't want it to take off in the West because catering to Western audiences would make it similar to Western music removing the unique aspects that attract me to Japanese music in the first place. When I want to listen to Western music I listen to Western music. Similar to how I dislike how anime it becoming more popular, if it became Westernized it would lose the unique 'anime' traits that make me watch it. And I know both anime and Japanese music have many Western influences already but they have both morphed and become somewhat unique in their own right.

For as much as I love visual kei, there are plenty of practices I detest. I could go on forever. It wouldn't be fair to celebrate all of the good in the scene without admitting the bad as well. There are so many things that make me sad, make me irate, or make me want to rip my hair out that it was hard to settle on just five. Here's five commonplace practices in visual kei that's a total ball ache for any international fan invested into the scene.
 

 
 


 

 

 
Like I said above, I have way more than five things that annoy me about the scene. Does anyone else want to fill in the gaps with practices that they hate that they've come to accept within the scene? Come share your frustrations and horror stories with me. We have plenty of tea and live-distributed crackers for you.

Anyway this Punk Nu metalish rock sound of this time is really brilliant I'm surprised bands with this sort of sound still don't exist today. "Ｖｉｓａｇｅ" , "パニックちゃんねる",  "ＬｕＬｕ", and  "Cuartet" are among some of the best vk bands I've ever heard. "螺旋錠 (La;Cen-zhow.)" are also very underrated.

Not entirely sure if I'm understanding this right, but it seems the police are now involved.
