Glad to find another fan! They're my favorite band in the entire world. 

What did you think of the new songs on Vampire Chronicle vol. 2? I really enjoyed most of them, but I wasn't really feeling one of the instrumentals.

You know, I really don't think there's a song by them that I DON'T like.  I love everything they put out, but maybe that's just me being biased haha.

I'll have to look into that. I stopped following them after Jasmine passed. But yes, D'espairsRay is so good, I really miss them. They put on great shows. 

I was sad to hear when Jasmine passed away since I liked his bass playing. Plus, he wore beautiful costumes. (I still have a poster of him hanging up on my wall XD)

Their lives look a lot of fun from the videos I've seen. Did you get to see them live?

I did get to see D'espairsRay live! I saw them twice! They were wonderful. Karyu is so tall haha

I still remember their song, "Melissa", from Fullmetal Alchemist. Time really flies, lol.

LORD I remember when that song CAME OUT. XD Goodness, where has the time gone.

I hope so, too! I'm gonna have to listen to his newer stuff so I know the songs  a bit haha, but I have time, the concert is in July.

his current stuff is horrific and ever since PSC dropped his pitiful ass his instagram persona radiates cringe tbh, but I hope you have fun at the concert!

I try to stay out of the Jrock "politics" XD But I know there had been issues with him and PSC. I'm looking forward to the concert, even if I'm not familiar with his new music. I just wanna experience him live.

I definitely agree. A lot of their songs were too short. But the music and vocals were wonderful.

Well it also doesn't help that I'm really into like....two bands that I'm still actively buying merch for, that being Dir en grey and D. lol.  I have no idea who all these new bands are, it makes me feel so old. Almost every band I listen to has disbanded. 

I felt the exact same way when I first got back into visual kei last year, lol. I also felt inundated seeing all the new artists/bands who I didn't have much idea about x_x;

But MH is really good at posting about new artists and their releases, so hopefully you'll be able to find some new amazing bands to listen to soon ^^

Hopefully! I'm always willing to discover new bands, but I always get upset cuz I'll get really attached to a band and then they'll go and disband on me hahah (looking at you Gilltia and Pan-d-ra). That's the problem with indies bands I guess ha.

Yeah, he is!  He also has a new album that comes out this month, I believe. I'm excited, I also missed him the last time he was here, so I treated myself and got VIP this time haha.
