  Unless it's surgical extraction it's not so bad. This is why I still haven't done my bottom two lol

  I got two of mine cut out by a surgeon. The procedure wasn't bad at all, afterwards the pain can be somewhat bothersome and throbbing but it's not actually a stinging or burning sensation. You should be good.
