First, I’d like to summarize what I’ve posted on NAZARE thread about the background of the song. Although lyrics of JUDAS are written by Mio, the idea belongs to Issei. He told in an interview that the theme of the song is betrayal and people who have knowing him for a long time will understand what this is about.

At first I was okay with TIW but now I really hate it and never listen to it anymore, cutting songs down to 3 minutes in length and simplifying them isn't really Dir en grey to me. Arche was amazing

I love their heavy stuff but also give me an album that sounds like Kaishun pls ty 

But imagine this:
- They've been releasing a tonne of J-pop wannabe crap
- Koichi floods his insta with him dancing to all of it
- Promote their first album by showing us a cutesy, pink, in your face album cover
- *8P-SB.com is released*
-They've fooled us all for this amount of time and they've been working on the most br00tal album to ever exist

I lost mine when I was super young (16), I did out of my own curiosity,  without any peer pressure, etc. and the only reason I regret it is because my partner was older and in a different mindset than me. The sex was good but after a while i felt weird because it was the only thing that happened in the relationship, while going through other things in my life and having to deal with that I feel like it really impacted me in a bad way. It was a three year relationship but I still don't feel like there was a lot of trust and openness with that person,  I went through a lot of stress because of that.  If I had waited one more year to grow up a little more and find out that we weren't really compatible then my teen life would've been easier. 
 
I don't believe in saving yourself for 'the one'.  Having experience is good, but I believe in building a solid and trusting relationship with the person you're gonna do it with. Sex is messy,  it can be awkward and embarrassing(you can be sure of this).  It's all that much easier if you're with someone you care for and can communicate well with ,  heck, it even becomes fun then. 
 
Like someone said,  it's good but eventually you'll do it less and less and you'll stay for the companionship. This couldn't be more true! There's nothing better than being a relationship where you are also best friends. 
I can never imagine going on dates to fuck a random person,  although I see the appeal of it,  I just imagine finding out that person has bad hygiene, weird sex habits or something and since you don't know each other it's just fucking awkward. If it's someone you're close to at least you can laugh it off or negotiate something lol. 

Yeah. Actually, being a virgin for a longer time period is not a shame. Really. I don't unddrstand ppl, who make kind of race "who will lost virginity as first, second, etc". It's even pathetic. It's individual decision to be virgin and noone can say to you, that you must do sth with it. As a male i didn't have a sexual partner yet, but i don't carre, because everything comes at the right time, and, it's more important to build relationship, not intime acts only.

Apparantly Aki’s voice is not that well nowadays and in the BLESS album there was barely any screaming... But I do love their songs and シオンremains my fav till now despite not having the screaming bits

I very much agree with this. Grotesque is my favourite on the album because it's kind of like Sukekiyo had a beautiful love child with DEG. The heavy stuff is pretty meh in my opinion but not like the garbage they used to come out with. 

the more I'm listening his clean vocals, the more he reminds me of Sou (ex-23q and remming). I agree for the screaming, it's really bad, he should work on that.

Wouldn’t surprise me since apparently the heavy parts weren’t originally part of the composition? I kind of rolled my eyes when they dropped one more heavy part at the end. Like, yeah, that was cooler and way more effective in Vinushka, dudes.

I agree fully. I like the song, but it's clear that it didn't become a long song organically. I wouldn't be surprised if Vinushka was even longer while being composed and cut down to the final length, because it feels very natural and isn't a chore to listen to. It does not feel like a ten minute song, but rather a natural composition that takes you on a journey.
Zetsuentai, on the other hand, just drags on. Which is a shame because it has some very strong points, like the motif and the chorus. Since they wrote it according to the long song blueprint, several of the heavy passages feel shoehorned in without a proper transition. "Oh, here's a heavy part again". Though with the disjointed nature, it probably wouldn't be too hard to excise the filler parts. I would be happy if a demo version surfaced, a la the superior Diabolos.

Zetsuentai is a perfect example of why DEG should abandon trying to capture lightning in a bottle again. They know Vinushka is a great song, but this is the second time they’ve tried to do it again, and each time it’s less effective. Zetsuentai literally sounds like someone said “we need a long song”.  Like it didn’t turn out that way naturally, it was planned.

With the release of this album they'll have more best of album releases than actual original studio albums.

The best thing to do is come back to this in a few weeks/months. I can imagine people's opinions will have changed wildly by then

I think it's one of the few songs on that album which actually approved of the very .. rough .. production. And the bass in the main riff just does it for me.
 
I used to hate I'll most and I still think I do in  a way, but Downfall from the new record has such an ANNOYING guitar theme it kinda became a big rival quickly.

I knew Kyo’s English had improved when I watched mode of Kisou and he said Fooka instead of Foocha. And it only took 15 years!

I’ve considered it. No one is going to miss FOOCHA FAMILY. 

I like how the Japanese merch has an English logo and the Western merch has a Japanese logo lol. Although most Japanese people think Japanese writing on clothes in uncool so it makes sense (they prefer English or French and think it’s fashionable for some reason even if it’s grammatically incorrect to the point of being completely nonsensical). It’s funny how many American/European bands don’t realize this and make a bunch of merch with Japanese logos when they tour in Japan.
