Wakarimashita reacted to nekkichi in DIR EN GREY new single "人間を被る" (Ningen wo Kaburu) release
speculation: the complete QR code from kyo's jacket is mailed out to the first 100 customers who order all 3 editions and it contains a link to 45 second long video of shitfaced kyo twerking naked

Wakarimashita reacted to The Moon in Initial'L new look has been revealed + 3-month consecutive digital singles release
idc how hard you're trying to distance urself from vk, you do NOT wear a fucking hoodie on stage.
100% garbage.

Wakarimashita reacted to TheZigzagoon in How come Mejibray are more popular than a lot of VK bands from this decade?
I've heard of sadie but never given them a listen DX
If the opportunity was presented to me, I would probably go see them live (well, even tho it's looking R.I.P Mejibray) but the fanbase is almost, if not equal to, the cringe that a lot of Gazette fans provide. It makes it hard to like a band when you try follow content but are bombarded with "oh minna san no one can look at Tsuzuku sama because erm he's my kawaii husbando" it just ruins it for me. It may seem petty, but why can't they evaluate them for their music at all? There's more to visual kei than just the looks

people like to reward garbage and seem incapable of finding and enjoying good music

Wakarimashita got a reaction from maryeon in Jiluka new full album, "Metamorphose" release
Ricko's new look kinda feels like a downgrade from the previous one, but damn, the rest are on fire... Sena OMG!!!

Wakarimashita reacted to nekkichi in the GazettE
unless they keep making anime intro/outro songs, their CD sales will be stuck within same fanbase that seemingly loses interest over time as well/prefers the itunes purchases to a boxed copy (I think they're releasing several editions for ninth to counteract this trend too.)
their fans also have odd taste, dogma doesn't have anything like TOMORROW NEVER DIES which is a fan favorite, but for me it's one of their worst songs ever.

Wakarimashita reacted to Shmilly in DADAROMA new mini-album 「This is “LIVE”」release

Wakarimashita reacted to Komorebi in the GazettE
Aaaaand this is why no one likes gazette fangirls.
critizicing a band is not the same as hating them.

Wakarimashita reacted to Ozileras10 in the GazettE
Chizuru is my favorite GazettE song of all time.
I had some sort of epiphany when i heard it for the first time
Everything is on point in that song

Wakarimashita got a reaction from Saishu in the GazettE
I'm up for more Aoi songs... Yoin was amazing!

Wakarimashita got a reaction from Dillinger in Far East Dizain new album "ALTERED DIZAIN" release
That was better than I was expecting... still flat and uninspired to me though. the GazettE "outmetal-ing" Leda, what a time to be alive!
-
Wakarimashita got a reaction from Mamo in JILUKA
Well, I guess in the end it's up to them. I'd love them both ways, I think they are absolutely talented and deserve bigger venues!
-
Wakarimashita reacted to Mamo in JILUKA
Maybe, a little but that could easily be altered or with bands from Japan like BABY METAL being extraordinarily popular, their current boy band image might stick who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Their album covers are definitely marketable as a Japanese metal band.

Wakarimashita got a reaction from Mamo in JILUKA
Is the "visual" part too strong to break through the western metal scene, you think?

Wakarimashita reacted to TheStoic in the GazettE new album, "NINTH" release
I like it just fine at this point. It sounds like a return to the Beautiful Deformity era. Not my favorite Gazerock era, but it has some punch and hooks, so I'll take it. I'd like them to experiment with some acoustic ballads again, like Reila, Cassis, or Dark Long Night again, instead of all chuggy rock - Ominous was a good track for the change of pace. I really like the Dogma release, so I hope the new album stays heavy like that bug tries to get more proggy and experimental as seen in tracks like 13 stairs and Undying.

Wakarimashita reacted to TheZigzagoon in DUGLY has disbanded
Hopefully things didn't turn DUGLY between the band members....
...I'll see myself out
-
Wakarimashita reacted to Ozileras10 in the GazettE new album, "NINTH" release
Thanks! But I meant like, does it make sense, is it grammatically correct.
“We just believe in ouselves to die”
somehow doesn’t feel right in my opinion
-
Wakarimashita reacted to Manji 卍 in the GazettE new album, "NINTH" release
Sounds like the perfect combination of ballads from DIVISION and the heaviness of DOGMA
This is veeery solid, they are not trying to be dark or something like that, everything flows very well
and Ruki's clean vocals are absolutely out of this world
it's so polished,so hypnotic,i'm in love with this
-
Wakarimashita reacted to Seimeisen in the GazettE new album, "NINTH" release
✅ I wanted heavier
✅ I wanted a summer album
❎ I wanted less english
❎ That intro was... a tad off-putting
I am shocked beyond shock that the super limited Blu-Ray edition isn't HERESY ONLY, but I'm not surprised in the slightest that it's ¥13,000.

Wakarimashita reacted to emmny in the GazettE new album, "NINTH" release
yall wanted djentzette? be careful what u wished for
tbh i like it, its really different (i dont know why?) but totally gazette at the same time. whoever said dogma was a transitional record was totally right, and it does sound like dogmaxtoxic as @EvilHippysays. Tbh instead of dubstep, i'm getting more of an R&B vibe...its a stretch but i wouldn't be surprised.

Wakarimashita got a reaction from hotcocoa in X Japan new album scheduled for 30th of TBD
