Man, Tool has been promising a new album for years now, but at least they have the balls to say it's just not fucking done. 

To be honest, I quit caring about the bands endeavors six years ago after Jade. Yoshiki really knows how to milk the hype and it's honestly disgusting at this point - it is no longer fun, that is if it ever was and no longer a game. I'm completely done. He's over dramatic with his constant hospitalizations and studio sessions. I hate to say this about anyone but he truly is a horrible person. I don't wish him the worst but I wish he would just man the fuck up and give the fans what they want. The more he crafts his "new album" the worse it's going to be.

Speaking of America-kei stuff, did it even exist in VK before these guys - like legitly speaking, not about hair rock bands ofc. E.g. Penicillin  (which seemed to have some sort of America-friendly shtick for almost 5 years back in the 90s)?

Oh man I can't wait for America-Butt-Rock-kei to take Japan by storm. Now that VK bands with French and German names/themes are worn out, we need some good ol' MURRICA worshiping. 

Vocalist of Versailles' splinter-band Jupiter has announced a new side group called U•S•A . In this band, he goes under the name "Zakk." Their debut live will be on July 8th at Shinjuku club SCIENCE.

in all seriousness: I actually hope Zigzag will last the longest out of all of these, their concept appeals to me the most. I'm still sort of on the fence about Shellmy, sometimes I really do like what I hear by them, at other points it really does remind me too much of R-Shitei and I'd rather not think about them too much unless I'm forced to at gunpoint

In the meantime, Gara's getting his birthday event ready! He will hold his birthday lives, 「ガラ生前葬」(第一部) and 「浅田天国〜鋼鉄篇〜」(第二部) on July 6 ♥
 
His session band, "HELLNEARS" will perform on the second event and the name is literally a pun on "hernias"....the members also happen to have hernias or other bone problems (sans Yuu)...They will be covering MERRY songs.
