DOF and Buck-Tick's albums have been the standouts for me so far. Other stuff I've liked in sort of decending order: albums from Chanty, Emmuree, Marco, GazettE, Scapegoat's best of, Neverland. Kizu's single was good too and the llll ligro song.

Other potential good stuff coming up:

- Umbrella's album

- Dimlim's album could be good based off the pv track which is great

- Jiluka's new album

- Morphine's best of

- Kizu single and hopefully album

- Diaura going back to their early style

- new ZigZag stuff

- Mamireta if you're into that

But I can understand being negative because I felt the same last year, the only stuff that I really liked was Gibkiy's album and ZigZag's mini's.

It's dire in terms of finding new bands that are promising, but I've found a couple of them and last year and this year have been really good for vk imo. 

The last few years were great for new bands, since I really appreciate the more djenty, -core approach to heavier vk music. But it largely depends on what you look for in the scene. And I really don't see a full blown comeback of the 90s aesthetic.
