I could make a list but it would be something else than J-rock or VK for the most part. Well, maybe 40-50% J-rock and one VK album. It was pretty amazing year for non-rock Japanese music imo... But lists are fun to make so I'll probably do it sooner or later anyway.

Maybe someone can write a review why vkei was so bad this year. and writing why some CD's just didn't hit the favorite list.

I will eventually drop my list on this month, but I couldn't focus much on it with my graduation coming this next semester.

Considering I enjoy hollowgram, deadman, and gullet (from what I remember of them) it's not the Nagoya sound that's turning me off. It is largely Ryo's melodies in this are just not interesting to me thus far.

Yeah, Warped Tour is finally getting a bit of a restructuring and seems to be bringing at least one Japanese band every year the last few years so I still have some hope. ;w; I'm amazed too since they are kind of the elder band of that Crossfaith/coldrain trilogy they're a part of. But their sound is also probably the most unique so it didn't catch as fast as the others. And maybe you're right, if they felt they wanted to build up their foundation in Japan first. It's hard to tell. 

I hope we both get to catch them next time!

Spectralion- I'm still in love with most of the singles, but I'm definitely on the fence about most of the others. So many strange choices there...

Yeah, the singles are quite enjoyable, but SECRET's new songs aren't as great as ZERO ONE's.

...but, yeah. So far, there is so many good release in just two months.

Just goes to show the amount of releases I've missed checking out before this year since that 'best tracks' series has really encouraged me to check more out. Great starter to the year!

Haha, it's always interesting how different everyone's taste is. And not too long really... since you can highlight and last.fm will do most of the work for you.

Ah I see, I see, I want to do something like this, like a journal. Would be cool if there was a journal option where when you are listening to a song, you click to write notes about it or add it to a personal list. Just privste until you sort it or make it public.

You can almost do that with the playlist function, but it's not private and your description is 1 for all the songs instead of them individually. But maybe with this new beta they'll have more cool features in that direction.

I was kind of confused why they didn't have a package with the CD and LP, because I'd rather have the CD than the shirt, tbh. XD

I'm going for one of the shirt bundles, but actually contemplating a hoodie since I need a new one for this fall/winter xD

Whoever produces their PVs needs to lay off the random post-production effects. RANDOM FLAMES EVERYWHERE! That was a major problem with "GENESIS" as well, except it was fake bats.

It does make them look extra cheesy. Lol. but at this point I've kind of accepted it as their ~style~.
