Hi,
So the people have asked me to make a own thread and since these are hard, official allegations on public, retweeted twitter, I decided to make this in the general section and not rumors.
 
It all began when Kaitou was invited to play as a guest at Ikebukuro Cyber. They don't usually play that venue, but they decided to do so this time.
 
It then happend that Maria Cross was staffing the drinkbar that night. As we all know Maria Cross is a highly suspicious individual, with former arrest for pedo antics etc. And according to his twitter, he is a regualr at Cyber, being there ~4 days a month and apparently acting as staff. 
 
Allegedly Maria at the drinkbar then mixed alkohol also into drinks where people requested non-alcoholic beverages (some of my twitter mutal were there, sensed the strange taste and threw it away...), when alcoholic stuff was ordered,  he filled half the glasses with alcohol and also gave alcohol to (un-)willing minors, who identified themselves as such. 
 
Well, girls were rather offended. Maria then proceeded to hit on the girls and try to exchange line and other contact information. This made a lot of them very uncomfortable. 
 
The fans proceeded to report this to the band and the band was very upset at these illegal, shady antics that ruined the fun for their fans. Masato did not know a lot about Maria at that point and sent out his first tweet warning people of Maria's behaviour.
 
People then gave him Maria's twitter and he repeated his warnings and exposure if Maria's account, explicitly doubting how such a pervert could be employed as staff at cyber:
 
He was also playing a session band soon after and the band had practiced the song "M" by Ayumi Hamasaki. He was very upset, so he exchange the lyrics at somepoint from "Maria" to "Masato" in protest.
 
I don't find his tweet about not wanting to sing the name Maria anymore, he seems to have deleted it from his official "shitpost twitter" lol.
 
The whole thing cumulated in Kaitou writing an official complaint E-mail to Ikebukuro Cyber, notifying them of Maria's illegal and suspicious behaviour and requesting a response.
 
 
Cyber just gave a random reply along the lines of "We are sorry this happend, we will look into it. Thank you for your patronage." 
Which was not satisfying at all so basically Masato ended his tweet with telling his fans to take extra care and caution when going to Cyber (as they apparently accept shitty behaviour of their staff.)
 
Well, this and the cyber issue was mentioned in their potcasts a lot where they repeated that such things are inacceptable, fans pay money to have a good time and should not have to be subjected to such shitty treatment....
They got really upset about it.

I really hope they’ll open sales to the US too since none of my friends were in the position to jump into my ticket order 😭 I wish they’d actually give some clearer details 
 
but i’d advise that if you’re feeling as neurotic about this as I did, to ask a friend in japan or a shopping service to help you buy a ticket

I am happy they are upset about this and care enough to call people out.  In the twitcast just now they talked about it again how upset they were that this happend. And fans actaully pay to have a good time and should enjoy it and this is so damn respectless against fans and just aggravating.

This is the MV I showed to my friends when they asked me how Japanese music is like.  I like this MV so much XD. You don't need to understand Japanese to enjoy it and that's what I like about their style. If you never watched it, I suggest watching it until the end, because that's the best part XD. The song is also probably my favorite from GB XD.
 
The other MV that I like and is just something I like to watch on loop is this one below. Rottengraffty are soo good with their aesthetics for every MV I've seen so far. I love this one because of the main character in it, she's a badass and she's wearing a kimono. The theme of the MV seems to blend modern Japan with medieval Japan and I'm really here for this party <3.

I understand not agreeing with someone like that, but it doesn't give you the right to harass them for funsies. It just makes you look just as bad, especially when posting about it on this thread, and it's not gonna change her weird mindset or opinions.

I can't but think of the people here going through an album's production with a fucking tape measure and a try square looking for some hot takes as utterly ridiculous dilettantes who are on a quest to rate and evaluate everything they come across from dogs to cats to hotdogs and shoehorning them into some system of cosmically applying universal worth, like a senile bookie trying to get one over the plebs of the board that has rigged the game so many times to his own favor that he has come to believe that's how it's supposed to be played. Unsurprisingly this takes place mostly on the threads related to Dir en grey in one way or another, and I hope that one day whoever supplies the audio equipment to these people decides to send them boxes of tapes containing different bass frequencies and one note sounds recorded with different studio presets, so that they can spend the rest of their lives busy with their ear pressed against the speaker being fully content about that crystal clear HQ sound, because god forbid we'd have to see these people writing about music again when they could be spending their parents money on audio jacks and Pepsi instead. Some of the best releases in rock music history sound like they were recorded with an Xbox 360 headset so fuck off already with this shit and go watch the past seasons of american idol on VCR and pretend to be Simon like you really want to.
 
Considering what vk has been doing from X's look to Kiyoharu's simulated hanging on stage to today, I don't think the word edgy has a place in the conversation with any other role than as a praise full of positive connotations only. While some people sure are eager to please and orientate themselves towards the lamestream taste with their hands and knees begging for their family to listen to their shitty japanese music at family gatherings and hand out positive affirmations, the rest ought to know that the only thing that really matters to any autonomous subject is the sincerity of their self-expression and the intellectual integrity that's solely their own. The general impulse of the public is to take the edges out of everything and grind them down into submission and guilt over being "lame" and "embarrassing," so hopefully instead of edgy music the people here can find things with the coarse edges done polished down so smooth that they'll trip and fall on their heads, becoming completely paralysed and unable to use their hands to write anything as stupid as they are in the future.

They are shitnoodels, too, but at least somewhat realistic about it. After Puton got exposed for being an ass to his mitsu, he lost like almost all his fans, and they made fun of their own member and he keeps joking about being unpopular. 
 
They are a joke band, certainly, but jokes and parodies do contain critical messages after all. So in a way they deliver more serious messages than most other bands. 

Idk how unpopular this actually is but I've seen them get clowned around a bit but I really love the last few releases of 12012. XII, the swan, decida of silence I find all stellar

Also, a lot of western visual kei fans don’t speak/read Japanese, so they don’t know what’s happening in the Japanese part of the fandom at all. So if all these fans are only interacting with other western fans, then you’re only going to hear about problems with western fans.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, it seems as these guys get older they want to come here more. Maybe it's a bucket list thing. 

Sads first “tour” was in England (which is really ???? but you know how Kiyoharu do) but it was only 3 dates, and he’s played solo in Taiwan a few times. But he’s never done any shows in the US before, even though he’s come here for video shoots! I really hope he can make it a more regular thing like Morrie has
