Mist of Rouge were really good toward the latter 2/3s of their career, imo. I feel like Lubis Cadir also got better as they went on. I didn't really like either band's early periods, and apparently neither did anyone else because they didn't sell well.
Moi Dix Mois also got better as time went on. Their D+Sect album is a lot better in terms of composition, production, and variety than their early works. People most definitely ignore it because it's not nostalgic for them.

I liked a couple of songs on it. The first real track and I think SANG I were my two favorites, and I liked the lareine-ish song on in the middle. That being said: too many SE interludes and I'm ready for him to do something else thematically.
I haven't listened to it a ton because I'm waiting to be able to stream it / buy it on iTunes, but kammykams isn't putting it up anywhere digitally.

If you're looking for late 90s revival bands, you may also like Crucifixion, BugScream, and Under Fall Justice (although, the last one is kind of campy in the same way Golden Bomber are, from what I've heard)
