Heard about them on Ameba when Tokyo Dome came out. I think my first track was Red. I was sunk after Venomous Cell lmao Ended up getting access to mass produced Taiwanese copies of everything. I had Heisei Banka early on and the Madara videos. The grunge/punk era stuck with me pretty heavy.

My personal ranking of every Gazette album from fav to least fav: 1. Stacked Rubbish 2. DIM 3. DOGMA 4. NINTH 5. Toxic 6. Division 7. Beautiful Deformity 8. NIL

Honestly it was so long ago, I don't even remember. My first song was Filth, and I think it was over 10 years ago?

I recommend posting this question on the gazette artist thread here > The club feature is kind of dead, so not many people will reply on here.

What is your favorite live performance from the gazette ♡? I know it's hard to pick one live performance. But taion live performance is my favorite ♡
-
The invisible wall one of my friends told me to listen to it cause I like metal and rock songs . I was blown away by ruki's voice . ♡ then I fell in love with them Now I know and I listen to a lot of vk bands. But still the gazette my number 1 They helped me a lot I can't just replace them with another band like that. They are like family for me I grow up listening to them ♡♡♡

Their first song I listened to was Dripping Insanity, and I ended up becoming obsessed with them around the beginning of last year

Chizuru was the song that brought me to gazette, cannot forget that song ever. It was their performances that led me to continue to keep my eye for them and of course Ruki's amazing vocals. My favourite song all time is Hyena
-
I actually was curious one day cuz i never listened to their first album before and downloaded it. I agree the Ruki's vocals over time has improved and can be seen in the stacked rubbish album which led me to the band anyway. Dont know if his been drinking more or smoking more which led his voice to be more deeper and more captivating these last few years. But anyway cant continue to be excited to see what Gazette has instore for us

My Favourite look would be their decade anniversary. That live concert was amazing! Yeh and of course Uruha looked so cool during this time

I agree, i think they are way better than their older ones. CODA is the best outro they have ever done
-
I definitely think they've improved a lot, but I think the style of SEs have changed as well. They used to kinda just be snippets of cool little beats at the start and end of an album, but since DIM they seem to be trying to make SEs that fit with some sort of theme with the album. I think DIM was an earnest attempt, but I agree that they feel pretty lacklustre now - especially compared to the recent albums' SEs. I also think the songwriting on DIM is really high level, and the SEs thus feel sorta slapped together at the last minute.
-
Anyone think that the recent GazettE SEs have improved? In particular, I think they have gotten better at getting them to either flow into the next track or continue from the previous track. Maybe they weren't trying to do that in earlier albums, but I noticed that in BEAUTIFUL DEFORMITY, both the intro and outro had pretty seamless transitions, and it seemed to be the same with DOGMA's intro. I also think the more recent SEs sound better but that's just my opinion. For example, even though DIM is my favorite album, I thought most of the SEs on it were pretty lackluster compared to, say, CODA (not really a fair comparison, I know).
-
i vouch for dogma and all of their other dark age looks
-
My favorite is the one that's my profile picture. I like their older looks that were more over-the-top better than their current ones. I also really liked Ruki's look in the PV of 飼育れた春、変われぬ春. Their DOGMA look was pretty good though, I have to admit.
-
I got at least three favourite look. One is from awhile ago, I am not sure from which era that was. Probably some magazine photoshoot. But Ruki was having this visual as if half of his face are having scars from burns. It was quite nasty but kinda cool. then, the one with ruki wearing this red top hat. Iconic Another one is the Dogma look actually.

They have changed their look quite a lot? Whats your favourite? My favourite one is from the live Decomposition beauty

I think it was around 2010/2011, a friend introduced me to Silly God Disco from NIL and I thought it was really catchy. Eventually ended up buying Stacked Rubbish at one point as I was getting more into them, and I started listening to DIM which really opened by eyes. When Division was announced, I decided to go all in and pre-order the limited edition version and haven't looked back yet. The GazettE were my first foray into VK, and it took a while before I really got into VK thanks to Mejibray but the GazettE (especially recent releases) have become a staple of my music selection

2 years ago, and it was the band that got me into VK. When I first heard shiver from black butler. And then youtube recommended Chizuru to me, I listened to it and omg I thought it was the best song I've ever heard. Listening to Chizuru felt like some sort of epiphany. Then I started checking out their whole discography
