They will tour Europe in 2019 ! They will publish a new MV on 2019.02.01 along with the new members ! You can check the times zones through the link provided by the band. They still do not know how long the stream will stay online. He doesn't look like he fits the band, nor did I see anything from what little he's posted online that shows he's even half-decent enough to replace Seiya.
