Vivid fiasco?

 

Never followed the band much.  I like t-t-t-take off when it released tho.

 

Some wtf stuff:

 

1.Kiwamu chair antics took to long to be mentioned in this thread. They defined an era here.

 

2.Of all the bands that could go super popular in vk and go mainstream... golden bomber was the chosen one.

 

3.Vior Gloire: releases super good album, then disappears.

The fiasco of Vivid was due to PSC, they went to fast with them (going major too much quickly, their concert in Budokan) and also the drama who happened when they did a party for the birthday of ko-ki they all got drunk and got crazy, they weren't nice with the fans and just wanted to flirt with their girls in front of the fans.

 

Another wtf story :

- after the disband of Siam Shade the vocalist Hideki formed a new band Acid but some  fanatics fans of Siam Shade don't accept that so they beaten up Acid member

- Due to Kei  (guitarist of Kannivalism and Baroque) lack of participation in promotion events  due to sleeping in too late he was punished by their label, Avex forced him to reside in the headquarters building , he was located in the 3rd basement floor of the Avex building and he slept  in a cupboard lined with cardboard.

- when Dai the ex drummer of Himitsu Kessha Codomo A was kicked out of the group due to allegedly leaking personal information of Codomo A and others UNDERCODE  bands to the public,  taking the band's money and theft of equipment at UNDERCODE

-when Sugizo got a parking ticket and said it was like being in Germany under Hitler
-Vidoll writing a whole dramatic song about the time someone posted Rame's email address on tanuki

Which Yuuga? Assuming Devil Kitty since they had a song on an omnibus he produced loool

@nekkichi, @Peace Heavy mk II Yeah, it was  蒼/Ao, and Devil Kitty Yuuga because he is the true queen of tea spilling tbh. (This site documents Yuuga's blog posts about it although they're in Japanese, just in case anyone wants to do some light reading. The site also has archived posts/blog entries from some of the other drama I mentioned as well. If it happened in '03-'07, you can probably find receipts there.)

 

edit: just realized i misremembered the family connection -- Yuuga's sibling wasn't the girl but is actually Ao (his little bro)

@cvlticNow you made me curious - so when exactly did this episode happen to Sugizo - I do acknowledge that his off-stage personality might disappoint those assuming he would be some sort of rockstart badass in person as well but this...?

This may have been mentioned and cited to the point of exhaustion but Aoi from the GazettE has surely garnered a vast bunch of dedicated haters from otaku/vocaloid fanbase thanks to his otherwise ridiculous vocaloid jeering on Twitter back in 2011 or 2012-ish - maybe later (Tomomi cut him at the roots and halted his Twitter activities immediately after such uproar). Just when exactly did he have the platform to say such things when his band's music around the same time sounded more artificial than professional Miku tunes?

My biggest wtf moment at this moment are the death from Isshi (kaggra,) and Jasmine You (Versailles). I was a new fan from that bands and after few months, they was dead.

The moments i remember were wtf for me

 Versailles going into hiatus when i was so hype for them, and yeah Isshi's death. God i loved his voice so much i was starting to listen to Kagrra and that was a big slap to the face. 

Oh and finding out Selia hangs from hooks in his back as part of his live shows sometimes... that is wtf

Mmm, I feel you on this. At the time, I wasn't nearly as into Kagrra as I am now, but for me I think Jasmine You's death was the first death I was really shocked and bothered by of someone I didn't personally know (family/friends, etc.) At the time, I remember just feeling that it was unfair he had to die, especially just after Versailles went major. Ascendead Master and Prince & Princess were really great maxi's and the future looked bright for them then. Very wtf

Kagrra, was my first visual Kei band. When I heard of their disbandment, I was devastated. And then Isshi's death, well I couldn't believe it....

I had friends who were certain he committed suicide, but I wasn't sure and didn't want to talk about it. :l
