I haven't listened to the single nearly as much as you guys have, although probably enough for some sketchy initial impressions. Title track is my favorite, but i didn't really have any problem getting into the other 2 either XD The intro of ライカランナ is, well, interesting.. it sounds like something right out of Persona 4 OST lol. 窃盗 is a re-recording and stands out for me as the song that exemplifies how the band has evolved. Comparing it with the original recording: in Akasha the overall production is less refined, Kou sounds less polished in terms of tonal/tempo precision, though (arguably) more spontaneous in execution. I don't think it's meaningful to decide which is better or worse; I'm just delighted to have both versions ^^ One criticism I can foresee people making would be that their song arrangement could have been more varied across the single, and there's definitely something to be said of that. Specifically all 3 songs here have an Aメロ(first verse) punctuated by rap/urban features, a mellow and ambient Bメロ, and finally a upbeat, dancey chorus. Of course, if you like it (which I do), the same thing can be deemed the band's signature sound. So I guess it really depends on the listener's taste and biases? I personally don't have any major issue with it. Overall this is a thoughtful and coherent single! Edit: Also looking forward to a full album. But seeing how none of the CRIMZON bands has released a full album after sooo long, I'm not too optimistic ._.

sadly i don't think so. they've mentioned that they will go on hiatus after releasing Fuyu, which was the last of the 4 singles. that was before Blitz's disbandment announcement, so i take it that Kuroneko has effectively disbanded as well. also Ryo mentioned just now that he probably won't be able to see the fans anymore after their last live. i guess he's gonna retire after Blitz disbands. i'm still terribly upset by all of this.

hahah don't give up! yeah grinding's a little boring but at least it's a one-off thing in that once i've collected the retired familiars to fill my bestiary i can sit back and chill tbh i'm A LOT more impressed with players who embark on massive G1/gene-ing projects.. the patience and effort that go into those are simply staggering. anyway, i just thought that it will probably be wise to start buying the sprites early since those literally rise in price with every new registration window. and even then it seems that i'm a little too late on the light sprite: that bugger is like 50k gems now on AH, so, umm ok ;w; i'm currently missing that guy and the 4 KS familiars, all of which i'm not hopeful of ever owning haha.

omg i didn't even know such a thread exists XD i just joined in April so still kinda inexperienced about breeding dragons, and the hoarder in me had convinced myself to concentrate on collecting retired items before anything else LOL ._. when i eventually get serious about breeding projects i'll definitely have to consult some of you experts over here also, if anyone needs food please just ask. i literally have more than 20 pages of food items in my hoard and about twice of that in my vault.

lol i only realized after pre-ordering that it's mostly old songs that i already have.. but it's fine, i'll buy every damn thing they release also really happy they've included the 2 distros from their Feb/March lives since they are impossible to find.

Pretty shocking. However they announced yesterday that they will start a new project called ジグザグ (Zig-zag) although there's no 'official' info on this yet, so we'll see.

Probably a bad thing.

digital singles are for fans who want to pledge support or for those who don't want to wait for the compilation album, so they aren't "useless". ditto their live-limited double A-sides with songs that have been released / will be released. honestly, fans of Zany Zap bands would have seen this coming since it happens all the time (although needless to say you aren't one of them). i should also say that this mini-album is ridiculously cheap for the amount of content it has - 7 tracks including one unreleased cover track + 3 PV + live footage - all for a price of what most bands today charge for a limited-edition single with 2 tracks + 1 PV.

i am in love!! ;w; this seems like a more contemporary take on the kind of ambience they explored in sug life. personally i didn't mind the autotune that much since i think the effects fit right into the sound they're aiming for

they kinda remind me of CodeRebirth. really like the previews~

Love the PV and love the samples. Unlike most people i don't care much for their 'heavier' songs, and i'm glad they are going back to the kind of sound in their first few singles that won many of their (early) fans over. Also nice to see them recovering so well from kazuki's departure.
