MBHI is djenty enough for me. There a also plenty of bands that use a 6 string instead of 7 or 8 to get that djent sound. This is why I call vk a music subgenre. Their music doesn't tie down to any one genre. Even the Japanese label vk a genre.

Meabel is doing it for me right now for their vk djent! I just wish I can land their first single because that opening on fukai had me on first listen!
Jiluka I would say is more metalcore with some djent riffs here and there barely. I like them, but they don't do the trick for me :/

Well this started out as ten ten solo project anyways. So I'm hoping the best vk djent band comes back and breed than ever! Maybe he wants to make it even more djent than before and add in awesome as solos and time sigs and none of the current members are up to par with his standard? This is my theory. Please let this be true!!! No I can't wait for my DVD to watch all these unreleased songs.

So here's the deal with Shimizuya.
Not only do they overwork their bands and have them on a short leash, they also have a history of doing selected promotion. They used One Star and Avidit's (and Avelcain until recently) profits to only promote Lycaon and left them to rot and eventually disband most likely due to the selected promotion. Now that Lycaon is breaking up I'm sure they're using Lycaon's profits since their disbandment announcement to promote Avelcain to make more money for the manager.
The manager is a money-hungry bastard that doesn't give a shit about the bands.
Wow, I did not know Izumi was like that. That changes my perspective of him completely. I really hope if worse comes to worse they decide to leave this label and not end up like everyone else.
