I have a precision about the title
It's an invented word. It doesn't exist and doesn't have a sens in english lol
ZEALMABERALMIRA, can be interpreted like a kind of formula or a spell.

 

(a bit like the "NaNaReMiLaMiNa" in Devil's Parade from D'espairsRay)

What it wasn't mentioned,  it's if you have spent more than 10,000 yen in goods,  a CD called "CDAR[+1]ELECTRONICA[E]" was offered.
