Thanks for the hype. I've got a big interview for a promotion that will hopefully go through.

I could never understand this even though I've been into Kpop for quite some time now. And anyways I've never heard of any group encouraging this behavior at all so I don't know where it comes from.

I haven't been diagnosed but definitely have it. I guess I just thought it was normal to suffer like this so I never went to the doc about it. It's really personal, so everyone will have different foods that work or not. So I recommend a food diary so you can keep track of what to ditch or what's good for you takes a long time and trial and error. For me Milk (drinking no, but cakes and other foods with it in the mix are okay it seems), anything with caffeine, beer, white bread and lately I discovered quorn products destroy me. 

you too? i had a sudden on set several years ago that's still kicking my ass. i can't recommend what to eat, just what not to eat. you need to find out what triggers your systems and avoid it. dairy was my kryptonite and once I stopped eating it my symptoms suddenly got better. colitis went away and i stopped feeling like i wanted to die. trade-off is that i can't have ice cream or milk, but it turns out that I never really liked milk anyway and I always preferred almond milk the worst part about IBS is realizing that milk is in literally fcking everything even items that say "milk free" aren't milk free

My sister has IBS/Dad has UC and they stay away from raw vegetables (cooked is apparently fine), seeds and nuts, spicy foods, and anything that may cause an inflammatory response. They also can't have popcorn,chickpeas, or anything that may be particularly hard to digest. ask your doctor what foods they would recommend and what you should stay away from. It might take a lot of trial and error, but you'll slowly figure it out. Stay strong x2.

I have UC and I still haven't really figured out what I shouldn't eat in the eight years I've had it now.
But coffee absolutely kills me and makes me useless for the rest of the day. Even just one sip.
Other than that, no idea. The UC mostly shows itself through cramps in my lower abdomen and the urge to go to the toilet almost all the time. Especially in the hours after waking up. Or when I can't go.

@patientZERO I'm an all around fan of pretty much all Castlevania games portable or otherwise so I was interested just cause I liked the series so much in general.
 
@YuyoDrift I should be playing Nier as well since there's going to be a raid tied to in in Shadowbringers but I don't think I'll have much time once the expansion drops. Might tackle it once things slow down.
 
@chemicalpictures It's not super innovative but at the same time it's nice to play something that brings back such nostalgia and Iga knows how to make an enjoyable game. I'm seriously enjoying it overall. It has all the aspects I enjoyed of all the previous Castlevania games and I can accept this being Iga's baby from now on.

It's great! I kinda expected it to be more innovative, it's more a homage to Iga's history than anything, it certainly does not pushes metroidvania ahead like Hollow Knight did, but everything people love about castlevania is there. tight controls, interesting bosses and enemies, I'm having a blast!

It's so good. If you liked any of the Castlevanias for the DS, especially Ecclessia, this is right up your alley.

Being a loner is okay, but it doesn't seem like that life is for you. You want to "ruin your life" and "go to jail", so this anonymous online embarrassment should be nothing. But I suspect that your new shadow banned status will be agony for someone who desperately seeks companionship, even if they do not want to admit it.

This is not how you make friends, process your emotions properly, or snuff out the cinders of your burning rage and disappointment at life, everything and nothing in particular. You have feelings and reasons for those feelings, but if you cannot understand the part you have to play in your current situation then you will never truly be happy. You are the only constant in all of your interactions, and you are the strongest catalyst for change in your own life.

Reflect on this experience and I hope it will cause you to grow and change as a person. And talk to someone, even if it is to just vent your issues. Verbalizing problems grants new perspective and maybe that is what you need to get out of the rut you are in. But this cannot be the place for you to work it out. In the meantime, please don't do something stupid that will ruin or end your life.
