What bugs me is that they play Hydra -666- and not the original version.

How are there so many threads for indiefag bands but none for PLC?

So yesterday they revealed these new Doppelganger revival costumes and gya are losing their shit at how ridiculous they are this time.   I included the older version on the left for reference.

Jesus. Out of all celebrity musicians who have passed, I’m honestly taking this one the hardest. I remember jamming to Hybrid Theory on repeat in HS and having my mom preorder Meteora for me. They were most definitely what got me into rock aside from Dir En Grey. 
 
I even remember jamming with my “first boyfriend” in HS to Reanimation driving around in his car. 
 
This is is so completely out of left field. I didn’t realize his drug and alcohol problems were that bad. And I didn’t really know he was mentally ill. 
 
I guess losing his best friend, Chris Cornell, not even two months ago really set him over the edge. Not even mentioning that Chester even passed away on Chris’ birthday. 
 
This is is so fucked. For real. It doesn’t seem real and I can’t even imagine what his children are thinking let alone his band mates - especially Mike.

As long as depression isn't treated as the fuckin life-ruiner illness that it is, as long as people think it's not thaaaat of a big deal, we'll keep losing people to it.

But to be honest, guys, we still have to wait for more details from the band themselves since TMZ does not really have that good of a track record to begin with (i.e. falling for dead hoaxes years ago or so).

They also did Tokyo Dome which is a pretty big deal for a vk band but apparently it kinda flopped so.. 
 
 

That's because nobody ever wants to see another Dir en grey. 

SID grew pretty quickly too. They formed towards the end of 2003, and had their first oneman tour in the autumn of 2005, and tickets sold out almost immediately. They played at Budokan on 2006.08.29 - just short of their 3rd anniversary.
 
Other major milestones:
2010.07.31 - Saitama Super Arena (sold 32,000)
2010.12.11 - First Tokyo Dome live (sold 40,000)
 
The rock band holding the record for the least number of days between formation and their 1st Budokan live is ViViD

Probably baroque and Raphael, both playing at Budokan less than 2 years and a half after performing their first show.

I miss it so much. Just changed computers and forgot the password to my account, but it's just not worth it to try to remember which email I used for it and try to reclaim it.
