okay, i've already spammed this in some crossfaith news thread, but i have to say those "Terra Formars" opening and ending songs sound pretty bloody brilliant! quite the musician-lineup too
  2. bonsaijodelfisch

as i understand it "Terraspex" is just a session band out of session-musicians (like tatsuya) and apparently some of the voice-actors? not sure, the information is a bit dubious, but it's not a real band, just a project for those themesongs. both songs are preformed by "terraspex" but maybe the musicians differ from one track to the other, the production sure does, but i think at least the vocalist is the same Edit: nice, i was right about byee the round that guy is amazing but the musicians change from one track to the next the opening-videos above seem to be labled wrong... Edit2: ok, i've quite derailed the thread now, maybe i should stop or open up a different one

i'm slightly confused, isn't this the ending? this is supposed to be the opening too... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpvgUlXPGB0 (it's slightly more into the crossfaith-paths aswell, both tracks are pretty dope tho, i wish that this was a real band) anyone knows who sings those? sounds a bit like the dood from byee the round...

okay, watched the new gundam now. i have no idea how this'll turn out, it has a weird flow to it and seems overly simple and overly complex at the same time if that makes any sense, but i like it for it's weirdness so far. that train might turn out a colossal wreck, but so far i'm on it ^^

regarding ZnT i perhaps wouldn't judge it just as harsh as most, but generally speaking i feel about the same. i just enjoyed it for the beautiful animation and superb music it was like watching a super pretty MV to glorious music have to agree on the autumn season looking pretty boring so far too, watched a bunch of trailers/pv's and read the description aswell as some "anticipated" lists, but really nothing appealing in my books, or it's a continuation of a series where the predecessors where already pretty bad... although this new gundam series sure looks pretty, might check that one out

ok guys, any opinions on "Hamatora the Animation"? I've just watched the first episode and am a bit torn, not sure if the story gets actually interesting at some point, and so far not really digging the characters that much, but i like the overall art-style of it. but since i mostly watch anime because of the story, atmosphere and characters, is it worth going on with it or shall i ditch it?

started playing saxophone when i was nine (nineteen year ago, damn...) piano two or three years later. started studying classical saxophone at university after high school, so i am a certified professional saxophonist now (well, now that is some useless diploma right there if i've ever seen one) simultaneously in university started playing guitar and bass, because sax sucks *baduntz* (for real tho) right after univerity four years ago i pretty much gave up on the sax tho, so i'm not really on my hight anymore, i do play in a funk-band sometimes tho also i do have my experience on flute, ukulele and clarinet, and i can somehow hold a steady rock-groove on drums, but that's about it that makes pretty okayish: saxo guitar piano bass somewhat: ukulele flute drums with a more soundproof room anywhere near me i'd love to be able to drum a bit more/better. i'm always fascinated by drummers

they've just released an animated trailer for the albums jesus christ, shit looks brilliant!!! unfortunately i think it'll just be that trailer, not a whole MV or anything, but still...

hovering between uroboros and DSS, but i think uroboros is more versatile and has some of the better songs, i'm a new-age DEG-stan obviously....

hmmn, shall i give it a try? for reference i HATED the first season of korra, and i loved every bit of TLA. i remember lenthy discussion with my friends if TLA was a comedy or a drama, and which off these both brilliantly executed sides was more dominant (i tended to see it as more of a drama), korra astoundingly managed to be neither dramatic nor funny. but at least the characters were horrible. so, bearing that in mind, is the season 3 worth a try?

dis gud! btw, anyone got their album? couldn't find it anywhere...

  16. Zessus has a burfdurr? hurrpy burrgudurr!

  17. wow, those videos are embarrassing to watch :'( these have to be the most life-less performances of the tracks in history... shinya might be into the songs, but he couldn't put any groove into a standard rock-beat even if his life depended on it, which makes the whole performance fall apart (weak but nonetheless too loud vocals don't help much either...)

seems like it recently watched a bit of twitch gameplay to get a bit of the atmosphere, might check out inquisition when it comes out morrigan reminds me of FFX Lulu a lot, which is a good thing ^^ Lulu was sooo damn cool, as black mages almost always are...

i have played FF7 two times (once story only, once including beating the weapons) started FF8 (never got past the point where it hooked me unfortunately...), finished the last remnant, which is sort of a final fantasy game too imho and recently finished FFX (incredible!) and FFXII (the weakest out of the bunch, but still enjoyable) i played all of those together in parallel with a friend of mine and now we're looking where to go next. currently having a closer look on Divinity Original Sin as it has a bunch of very nice features that we both enjoy very much - round based combat - complex and extensive leveling and skilltrees - nicely written quests and dialogues and most importantly - an apparently very essentially integrated two-player co-op multiplayer anyone has some first-hand experience on this one?

educated guess is, they don't. they work regular jobs and try to squeeze in those 5 lives plus overseas tour to their normal schedule. at least thats what 90% of only semi-popular bands do since always. earning liveable money with music/bands is close to impossible (nope, not only since internetz)
  22. bonsaijodelfisch

two sides to “act as both opposing and complementary sides to a story” is a great concept for starters! also, Tour!
  23. bonsaijodelfisch

hmmn, thats quite a range there, but based on Serial experiments, champloo and death note it think worth looking at would be texnolyze ergo proxy cowboy bebop and baccano
