  2. yea vip must be worth the money with them.

I'm still thinking of whether I'm gonna go see them or not. I'm from Finland and they're not coming here T_T so I should travel. It's not terribly expensive to fly inside europe, so maybe..

but hey Laris, make sure to come to the chat every now and then. That's where all the action is at!

  3. welcome evilhippy! I also once almost became a hippy, but then I realized I love all things superficial and can't live without burning neon lights of the night. so that's that.

I like your music taste! make sure to visit chat every now and then, that's where all the real substance's at!

  4. never heard of 88kasyo junrei before, but will be listening to them in future. Fell in love immediatly. thanks for the introduction!

Having said that, my vote goes for Mejibray. I enjoy pretty much everything they make. Paradigm paradox is their only release I don't like. hell, I probably wouldn't even be on this forum if it wasn't for mejibray. They sort of got me back to VK.

  5. Glam movement itself is pretty broad as far as music genres go, and depending on who you ask, it can be just about the aesthetics. I've heard metalcore, speed/trash metal, punk, electronic stuff from bands I consider part of this sleaze/glam movement. Then there are elitists of course who say only 70's stuff has the right to be called glam-anything and everything after that is just heavy metal/whatever. In very much the same way as VK can be for some people just aesthetics, glam too can be. For me, I consider even stuff like Marilyn Manson continuation of glam.

okay you know what, I write stuff, then rewrite it, trying to make some point which even I don't know what. in the end I gotta agree lol. Both visuals and sound of Salem's Lott are closer to VK origins, X-Japan and such, so ya ^^

  6. thanks! glad you like it! ^^

They're all original. I'm *heavily* influenced by the works of Ayami Kojima, but I feel like my stuff has gone different direction and especially the colouring style is something that formed on it's own.

  7. Hi!

I suppose you gotta promote yourself everywhere if you want something good to happen and get to places and finally have enough money to buy some music from your favourite artists like Avelcain or Mejibray.

so anyways I do digital paintings. here are few I try posting more later.

feedback is always welcome! negative/positive whatever! ^^

you can see the same stuff mostly on my tumblr: http://slsds.tumblr.com/

The word "blue" has been abused a lot in Japanese entertainment in general.

It's even better when all the songs about "blue" sound very similar too. They got similar tuning and strong emphasis on melodic guitar.

    LUNA SEA - True Blue

L'arc En Ciel - Dive to Blue

    Grieva - in the Blue

I know there are more, but can't think of them now..
