so helsinki show yesterday had more or less the same setlist I believe.

except was Gabriel on the Gallows played? lol can't remember.

the show was good, although I'm always left wanting something more with the gazette. I feel like the older songs like suicide circus, filth in beauty, etc. work better live than some of the dogma material. at least it's easier to jump along ^^

The band was great though. Last time I saw them, all the others apart from Ruki were left in the background. not this time.

I think in past I've played stuff like X-Japan, Sex Machineguns and Guitar Wolf to some people, but generally I don't try pushing my music taste to others or play my music out loud. Even with western music, people usually shun away whenever I play them something that I like, so I'll just save them from biggest VK trannie stuff. I do mention I listen to VK though if asked, but it's more along paradoxal's japanese underground rock.

I used to have few CDs at my ex's car and once she was driving around with her friends and they gave my music a listen out of curiosity... They thought it was some horrible noice mostly and were asking like where the hell I find music like that I don't remember what exactly they heard, but I believe it was gazette's disorder and some diru at least...

I think many of your stuff here would make great prints on T-shirts, curtains or whatever. I'd buy at least I'm also interested in seeing more of your darker themed works, it's cool contrast to your overly cheery cupcakes etc.

yea I feel style is something that constantly evolves, especially if you try out different techniques, etc. but it's a good thing if you're able  to have at least some style to call your own. I've only fairly recently found a style of my own, before I was lost :S

After all it seems that they've been less and less active lately, and that their music has been repeating itself for some time. And that one of their singles/tour were named THE END... or not to be.

I was hearing some possible rumours that they'd be interested in touring outside Japan, which would make sense I guess at their current situation.

I wouldn't be super surprised if they did call it quits though, because they seem to be pretty loose cannon and anything is possible I guess.

Satsuki is becoming one of my favourite things inside VK.

Maybe some day I'll try listening to his music too.

aa I see.. well I don't have much experience either. I used to use RPG Maker(lol) ages ago and that's pretty much all I know. Still people are able to make cool stuff with it if they know what they're doing. But honestly I just like drawing stuff for games and make imaginary concept art, the actual "making" of games is not for me.

I'm not really core audience of this topic, but I can relate to how many of you feel here. Hearing this "unworthy" part especially hurts. When still younger, I used to feel the same. I didn't have any friends because I felt I had nothing to give to absolutely anyone, let alone have a love life of any kind. This went on until I too kinda gave up on anything of that nature.

The big change for me was a long trip abroad where I had no connections to any people and I could start fresh with everyone. I think this reshaped my identity quite a bit. Also going on a long trip forces you to, you know, get out and actually meet some people.
