To be honest, i would rather just have RES back, but I think Takumi and Mika are far better utilized in Sukekiyo. I mean going by what Satsuki has released since he went solo, it's clear that Takumi was the mastermind.
Satsuki wrote Ichigo Oblaat, though, and that song is bad ass.

It really doesn't matter because the problem isn't the quality of the files, it's the way the album was mastered. The drums in particular sound horrendous. Since we now know the band didn't have a sound engineer on board and they pretty much winged it themselves, let's hope they learned their lesson.

Our complaints with this album are justified. There was no sound engineer during the recording process. Seems as if Uruha who really doesn't know anything about this stuff, based on this interview was the one who handled the production and such.  This shows that this isn't an issue of people being picky as @TheZigzagoonis implying. It just further proves that this was some half assessed cash grab.

A little while back I said it would have been cool if Gazette had rerecorded Disorder. After hearing what they did here, I'm glad that didn't happen. 
 
Also, I'm still lost on why they decided on a collection of ballads. Is it because they've only released heavy material since Dogma? From the Dark Age to the Dull Age. 

They really need to announce that they're using 8 strings in drop E? Is it supposed to be evidence of something? Who cares?
 
Also, I'm sorry, but I've had it with Jin's vocals. That melody in the chorus sounds like a bunch of other NEGA/TBS songs. Get a vocal coach and take some music classes, dude.

I mean, in a lot of heavy western music, the bass mostly follows what the guitars are doing. But that's the complete opposite of what Japanese rock bands do, where you often get the bass laying down its own separate melodic foundation (Toshiya's performance in "Glass Skin" is a good example). So for Reita to suddenly just disappear is alarming. 
 
Though, to be honest, I was never really fond of his bass playing to begin with.
