if Google Translate  is doing its job: the Artist Known As Rami is now Rami the Requiem. She is teaming with Mary's Blood support guitarist for two types of shows, called Rami the Acoustic and Rami the Requiem. Both sets were solo material, not a single Aldious song. She plans to do shows with Unlucky Morpheus and Exist Trace (who are finally active after several months off) and plans an album for April 1.

More relevant to this place, she is looking.... verrrrrry different.

And the rest of the band looks rather goth.

Beyond Yashiro I don't know who any of them are.

Traxan got a reaction from Gesu in New (?) band Nemophila forms
I did a search before posting and found hits from a few years back but no details on the band, so I have no idea if there is a connection.

Anyway, Mayu's (ex-Lipstick) cover band formally constituted itself under the name NEMOPHILA and describe themselves as a "superstar girls metal band" (スーパーガールズメタルバンド). The lineup is:

    Vocals: mayu (ex-Lipstick)
    Guitar: SAKI (Mary's Blood, WGGC)
    Guitar: 葉月(HAZUKI)(Disqualia)
    Bass: HARAGUCHI-SAN
    Drums: むらたたむ(murata-tamu)

They made their debut at Metal Weekend 2019, featuring Loudness and Hammerfall at Zepp Divercity in Tokyo last week. I realize this is contrary to the nature of MH, but the visual of this band is rather plain. I'm used to seeing Saki in some kind of crazy outfit, now she's in a t-shirt and jeans.

No word on how permanent/full time this is, but Saki said she isn't leaving Mary's Blood. Her English is pretty good compared to her peers and she tweeted:

"Of course i'll continue Mary's Blood.
    Pls don't worry about that!"

Traxan got a reaction from Alsdead14 in Aldious make it official, R!n is the new vocalist
To the surprise of absolutely no one, Aldious has chosen R!n as their new vocalist. R!n had been sharing vocal duties on the band's 3 month Japan tour with Saki, formerly of Cyntia, where they alternated nights singing. But all the emphasis seemed to be on R!n despite the fact she had never been in a band before (she won some singing contest) and Saki was a veteran singer.

    New band photo.

No one knows when this picture was taken, since Toki is pregnant but it could be she is hiding her bump with the guitar.

R!n certainly could do the old material justice. Below is a clip of them doing "Spirit Black" and she came very close to Rami. Now let's see what the next album sounds like.

Traxan got a reaction from YuyoDrift in Aldious make it official, R!n is the new vocalist
Well the first five Aldious album titles started with D. Yoshi likes her alliteration.

Re:no butchered more than a few Rami-era songs but R!N sounds capable of handling them. I'm hoping this means older songs return to the setlists. It reminds me of Nightwish. Anette couldn't do the Tarja-era songs to save her life. When I saw them, the set was entirely from the two albums they did with her. After she left and was replaced with the much more capable Floor Jansen, old songs began to return to the set list because she COULD do them properly. So the same may happen here.
