You need to be at least 19 years old, to be living in 名古屋(Nagoya) or at least in the Chûbu region. 1) You can choose one of the three songs to play by yourself : 「Brain Washing」 「NEW ERA」 「Imitation」 And a song of your own making or a copy of another song. 2) You have to fill in a form (name, age, where you live, mail and phone number, if you played/are playing in a band or how much time you have played the guitar and other points of interest.) 3) You need to send them a picture of yourself. You can choose one where you have make-up on but you still need to send them one whithout.
