It reminds me of a family friend who i Knew since before i was in my teens, They used to live local to us so we visited them quite often. But when they moved all of that stopped. It stopped for at least 20 years if not slightly more and they came over a few days ago and i found out the man who used to look after me after school a fair bit, Who was strong and towered way above me reduced to less then half the man he was 20 years ago due to parkinson's disease... My heart utterly broke, I had to leave for work. but I felt so sad for the rest of the day... I was shitty for most of the week and id be lying if i said i didnt cry. so as cheesy as it sounds...
